Maybe he has always been approached aggressively himself in his youth, and has never learned to deal also with his softer emotions. I must say, he really tried. Beautiful how Jo handled all this tension between all of them, and to see how much it also touched her.
the dad got arrested in 2008 for assault and him and brenda divorced. Clearly he learned nothing
The father pushed that kid off the top of his sister, where he was sitting! Jo worried about the boy getting hurt except of his little sister he was sitting on!
This show is the best birth control in the whole world! So glad I don't have kids!
Are you binge-watching Supernanny too😂😂
That's sad
@@andreaorsmond6124 that's not sad it's truthful!
Hahahahah.... that's usually what I'm thinking through all these episodes😂
Yup, I'm reminded we made the right choice not to be parents with every episode
Anger.. turns to bitterness. So true, later in life the children now adults, walk away.
Love and patience required with children. Sorry they divorced.
Bitterness is extremely toxic. I say this because I’ve experienced bitterness. I used to be bitter and angry, and it made me very extremely mean. Now after almost 3 years of working on my trauma healing, I’m proud to say that I’m no longer bitter, I forgive people way easily than what I used to, and I keep going on with life.
@@siennaprice1351 That’s wonderful, yes it can destroy souls. Be at peace.
@@74the_magpie thank you. I also try not to ever be angry in life. I try to shut that emotion off, so where I never feel it, and only feel happy every single day of my life. I try to make my life all about rainbows, sunshine, and flowers. And I do my best to only make my life about that with absolutely zero struggles, zero troubles in life, and no bumps in the road.
To be honest, that push was relatively gentle compared to what my dad did to me...
Jo said “unacceptable” correctly! 🎉 Remember when that child who spit at her, and bit her, corrected Jo’s pronunciation.
I think that was Meghan from the Cooke family. Is that the one you're talking about?
@@amitramlall4235
Yeah it's definitely Meghan
She was absolutely awful
The "I'm sorry that you feel that way" when she said she didn't feel loved (for many reasons but also for the name calling in front of their children, and that you don't treat someone that you love that way)... some men are just trash 😒😠
He was definitely Gaslighting
I don’t trust him around the kids period- any kids. Just from me observing him. My own father has anger issues and always has. I’m sorry but if I have children I do not want him around them. I’m worried he will lose his patience with them 😢
My dad can be really sweet and then lose it suddenly 😢
yeah coming from that kind of home, that guy reverted the moment Jo left. I 100% guarantee it.
You are right they divorced and Brenda later remarried.
I still haven't finished the video, but the tension at the dinner table... My father was exactly like this. His presence was enough to make the entire house feel heavy.
The Dostal Family 2023
William “Bill” Dostal - 60
Brenda Dostal (now McNaughton) - 54
Zachary “Zach” Dostal - 21
Erin Dostal - 18
And divorced
I wonder if Zach got help or if he's still the same angry 5 - year boy at 21. Sad 😢
@@ceciliaakinyi3952I saw somewhere in the comments that Erin graduated high school
Bill: 60 (Middle-Aged)
Brenda: 54 (Middle-Aged)
Zach: 21 (Young)
Erin: 18 (Young)
I think Erin could be 19 now
