All those tats on the witness is a turnoff. He will be ID'd wherever he goes.
I believe Bryant has more victims 😔
😢👍 True .😮
@christinagordon4460 I completely agree with you.
I said that, this ain't his first rodeo, I'm almost certain there's more victims.
Me too. He did not "just" become a psychopath. He has been one.
TRUE
They need to investigate the defendant for other murders in the area. Based on the alleged statement by the defendant saying “this is the only one I’m charged with “
My exact thoughts because what did he mean by “right now I’m only being charged for this one?” I don’t care how many times that witness has been to prison or gotten in trouble I believed every word he said!
Yeah he had that flatbed truck for a reason -ease of dumping bodies. He had the weapon and the badge for same reason he had the flatbed truck.
They're too lazy!!! Didn't even bother investigating him when he reported his gun missing!!! Let that girl decompose in the woods til found!!! 🙄
@@ericacooper2246 I agree with you! I think Bryant is a psychopath who absolutely committed this crime and possibly others.
@@RndmMcRndmnss right
All of these nasty comments about a person who is testifying. He is not the guy who killed the girl. Pretty sure he is suffering everyday anyway. Why isn’t anyone commenting on the guy who did the murder? Crazy.
Right, dude on the stand is only in prison for petty stuff. He's not a child killer or some drug king pin. Let this man live. I'm sure he doesn't want to be up there either.
IT'S because he's a BM! They are a protected class. Thanks to BW marching and lobbying for them. They are so callous and lack humanity. Welcome to how the blk community is. When BM commits crime, they will blame everyone & everything EXCEPT for hi.!
Exactly!
Bringing in a jail house snitch who’s testimony not only doesn't hold water can only hurt the prosecutor’s case and not only did they not need his testimony they themselves gave the open to a mistrial
@@herbhealsus well maybe so.

I believe this guy. Him being in jail has nothing to do with lying. What will he get out of lying? He knows better than that. Jail is a whole other world!!!!! The prisoners will know what you did!!!! They will kill him in prison... child killer
I think Bryant flat out turned his stomach and he just couldn’t let that pass. It’s out of bounds and most inmates consider it fair game. The usual rules don’t apply here.

Hold up!! Did you hear that?!? He said Miles Bryant told him, "SO FAR, they're ONLY charging me with THIS ONE." The implication there is that he's killed others, but hasn't been linked to them yet. ‼‼
I can’t believe so many people are missing that in this comment section. You best believe the prosecutor heard it too but probably couldn’t touch it in trial. But DNA tests and unsolved cases in places he’s been are probably being looked into behind the scenes!

His charges have nothing to do with Miles Bryant murdering that girl, nor does it have anything to do with Miles Bryant telling this witness that “this is the only one he’s charged with” in regards to him saying that he can’t get death penalty. Insinuating that he’s killed more girls. This guy has nothing to gain by telling what Miles Bryant told him. He’s already been sentenced, so he had no personal gain. IMO. Rest in peace Susana morales. It sad your mom was waiting for your return. I hope your spirit is at peace and that you’re able to understand god timing. I don’t know you but I love you. Your story is very touching.
This is the most wicked decision to let someone testify against another inmate probably to lower his prison sentence ……
He's totally credible but he's also exactly where he belongs. He's NEVER going to change his ways. As soon as he gets out it's back to crime and drugs and possibly even more serious charges where he'll end up getting a life sentence. You can see it in his eyes and hear it in his voice. This is who he is. They might not have offered him anything and he might not have asked but it won't go unnoticed now or in his possible future crimes he commits.
YOU WOULDN'T GET THE DEATH PENALTY JUST FOR THAT, NOT JUST ONE PERSON!! Great thought process because apparently premeditated murder and possibly rape wouldn't justify a death sentence!! IF HE ONLY killed one person they should and could face the death penalty!!! He is one sick twisted person to hurt a teenage girl

Do criminals really confess to criminals they don’t know?
It can happen because of the human desire to unburden the weight or to relive the "glory" of it or maybe to send the message to others that "don't mess with me." Or my crime is worse than yours. The human psyche is fascinating.
They sure do because they assume the person they confess to won't be believed.

alot of these commenters talking about how this guy looks, obviously didn't watch the direct or the cross.
Pretty obvious move by the defense to try to pick apart the witnesses criminal past as a claim against his credibility.
She didn't really hammer her point home very well and was pretty weak. The redirect at the end before they released the witness landed pretty well.

GTFOH.
It seems like a lie to me. It would've been them discussing the death penalty and talking about how many violent crimes you need to get it.
Even the witness himself said you need more than just one violent crime. So he likely discussed those same ideas with the defendant.
Miles Bryant is a classic DEI hire where they lowered all sorts of standards to get him on the force because he checked off diversity boxes.

This dude has nothing to gain, he's not getting less time and honestly could only hurt himself by snitching so I'm pretty sure he just don't like dudes that kill teenagers like Bryant did. Big difference in his burglary/probation charge and Bryants murder case so maybe this guy snitching has a heart. If he has a daughter and found out Miles did that to a young girl it's very possible he's testifying to make sure Bryant never sees freedom. It shouldnt be that hard to believe

Why does it always take lawyers 2 hours of meaningless questioning to get to the point?
I just can’t wrap my head around why certain people can’t stop committing crimes. I guess addiction is closely linked but you’d think the hell of prison would be a deterrent that might mitigate even thinking about doing something that you might be put back in.
The hell of prison proves the power of addiction. People commit crimes knowing they'll be caught. Just to get high

When I first saw this I thought man! Benji/Joel Madden looking rough these days 😂 Ok jokes aside he was a very good witness for the prosecution. He was very articulate and even though he was in prison he came off very honest and therefore believable especially hearing that hes not getting anything for it. 👏👏👏 I hope this man turns his life around.
A ex cop, in pc, told a inmate his business and thoughts, I don’t believe it! He may have asked “what’s prison like” but the rest sounds like bs. This dude tried to escape, he’ll say or do anything to get out. Miles was a opportunity for early release. My opinion
This dude committed some crimes, but he sure comes across as being honest in in answers.
He definitely has more bodies. And the witness needs to straighten up his life. Seems low key chill. But who knows.
It's drugs
For people wondering if this inmate who is testify is basically putting himself in danger to other inmates lets just say hes going to get a pass because he basocally telling on police and telling on police in jail is ok universal with inmates in most facilities
I'd still like to consider Michael an overall unreliable witness, especially considering how often incarcerated inmates are speculated or even known to be lying on the stand, which could make a jury hope that such inmate testifies even sound distinctly confident as opposed to just in a plain sense or minimum one.. Even for as little as getting revenge can such "witnesses" desire to frame the defendant... or just feeling that it's worthwhile to attack someone else's moral and ethical character, in contrast to their own.... However, Michael at least didn't anything of notably sound off in answering what he in particular was incarcerated for... and even happened to leave out one part of that answer of which sounded essential to mention anyways.... And with all his pauses after questions being asked of him... perhaps, maybe he even preferred to be at the very top of his inhale prior to answering (for whatever potential reasons...).
Its how these people are in prison for many offenses at the expense of taxpayers.
No doubt that dude said it but Bryant strikes me as they type to say things for clout.
I think this witness is very believable and he looks like he's bored and doesn't really want to be there, he's so white and pale because he's been locked up for so long and could do with a good meal
