The police need to answer as to why they didn't take the girl who he was stalking seriously because if they had, Susana would still be here. There was video evidence of a cop (Miles Bryant) breaking & entering a young womans apartment when she clearly did not want him there. The police did nothing about it & the dispatcher didn't believe her. They all failed the community.

Yep, she reported his stalking, way back in February. Plus, he was using Police Resources to track her vehicle, hundreds of times, during those months. And even when he was actively tryna break into her apartment, the 911 operators, ignored her & questioned her, blamed her and basically denied that she was a victim. No Police ever followed up with her. Yet, they forced her to testify, without investigating her case of harassment, stalking by that Predator Cop.

I hear it a lot. It's unconstitutional in my opinion to downplay ones rights or try to laugh it off like it's a joke. But I understand not everybody has studied law or fully understands the purpose of the Constitution. She could have conducted herself professionally and probably gotten the same result. The ability to flirt, manipulate, and seduce men is not professionalism or anything to be proud of.

@@texasmadehoney1523sounds like a personal problem. They commented that they liked how she read the rights in such a "carefree" manner and although you started out ok and even had a valid point in the first half regarding constitutionality, you really stretch that arm reaching after that. Ending with "the ability to flirt, manipulate, seduce men is not professio or something to be proud of" when none of that was implied or mentioned just means that is how you see this, and you resent it for reasons that have NOTHING to do with getting to the truth or what they are doing here, and it's a good thing not everyone can be a detective or interrogator , because what matters is getting information. Detectives are legally allowed to lie. They will make up scenarios that match the person they are talking to to make that person feel an affinity to them. Do you think that is ok/professional?

She also can tell that he's insecure and THIRSTY for attention from women (he targeted a 16-year old.) She used all of that very basic psychoanalysis to deliver this act. Appearing light, fun, and "flirty" - I feel bad for her, I know she was disgusted with him the whole time. He's so thirsty, thinks he's incredibly intelligent and on their team - he doesn't even realize she's mocking him. So for everyone saying that this female detective is playing him, yes she is. She is flirting, she is inching towards him the entire interview. However, he is no longer even thinking about being an officer. He is now in survival mode. He understands what is going on. He knows he is the suspect. He is totally focused on trying to remain calm and keeping his story straight. While he may want an attorney he understands how those officers would view him even more if he asked for an attorney. He is reeling right now we watch this. If he would of had more experience he would have done better. These two interrogators CARE about their community, their careers. That is why they will always prevail. He does not. He obviously took the job to use the power to be a P.O.S

It’s so crazy how she did that - I keep wondering if that could be challenged in court by defense? I mean, surely he knows it since he actually was somehow a cop which is totally embarrassing for him because he seems to have no idea what he’s doing. But Miranda was like a joke and saying he couldn’t leave was a joke so does that count as actually reading Miranda to him??
