However, he is no longer even thinking about being an officer. He is now in survival mode. He understands what is going on. He knows he is the suspect. He is totally focused on trying to remain calm and keeping his story straight. While he may want an attorney he understands how those officers would view him even more if he asked for an attorney. He slipped up and he knows it. He said that she (the victim) said she was walking home. Then he changed and said they said she was walking home. Then his window was smashed which was probably done by the victim trying to get away.

I know this guy is an absolute scum bag but this detective needs to be VERY careful using tactics like this. Very risky.

Most Cops are not very smart they have no college degrees or requirements they literally only have to pass a training course most don't even know the law they are trying to enforce 😢
@ 38:48 he slipped up and said “SHE SAID she was on her way home” smh he is sick 🤢 🤧🤧
He's a horrible liar. To leave your gun where the body is found is incredible. I do believe she wasn't first one he killed!! Even a witness roommate from jail said "they only got me on one" All these missing girls in Gwinnett county area need to be looked at a little closer.
“She said, th..the.. they said” amazing catch. Did they miss it?

Very True ; I woulda said I want my lawyer I long time ago
So for everyone saying that this female detective is playing him, yes she is. She is flirting, she is inching towards him the entire interview. However, he is no longer even thinking about being an officer. He is now in survival mode. He understands what is going on. He knows he is the suspect. He is totally focused on trying to remain calm and keeping his story straight. While he may want an attorney he understands how those officers would view him even more if he asked for an attorney. He is reeling right now we watch this. If he would of had more experience he would have done better. These two interrogators CARE about their community, their careers. That is why they will always prevail. He does not. He obviously took the job to use the power to be a P.O.S
Agreed
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks for that insight
He wanted to be a police officer since he was a kid "to help people" yet, he becomes a cop and kills the innocent. Typical sociopathic psycho....
He slipped up and he knows it. He said that she (the victim) said she was walking home. Then he changed and said they said she was walking home. Then his window was smashed which was probably done by the victim trying to get away.

“If you wanted to leave you couldn’t”
This detective is good. She sublimely told him what’s up. He didn’t say anything about her statement and just suspiciously took it. He’s pinned against a wall in an interrogation room and they read him his rights! LAWYER PLEASE.
I know this guy is an absolute scum bag but this detective needs to be VERY careful using tactics like this. If she comes across a suspect with below average intelligence or any sort of mental illness she’s risking any evidence obtained during interview or could have an ENTIRE confession thrown out at trial. Very risky.
Very discreetly, saying, "You are under arrest," followed by miranda. He was dumb af!
Why doesn't anybody ever leave when they say you are free to leave at anytime? Is it true that you really can't leave, that they will arrest you anyway?
@teneikalaprincess2669 he couldn't leave even if he wanted to. She closed that door when she joked around about him not knowing how to get out of there.
It’s always these kind of people who don’t ask for a lawyer because they think they’re smarter than everyone else. Always the same personality and MO. Thankfully for the rest of society they always let the cops walk them right off the plank and into a prison cell where they belong.
This detective did such an amazing job!!

They knew baddies were his weakness. Nice pick on the interrogator.
Bro thought he would leave that room freely and that he could hit on her after hahaha
She was the LEAD DETECTIVE because of her experience in the SVU. She was going to be the one doing the interrogation regardless of what she looks like. She is really really attractive though but that is a coincidence. Watch the trial. That is a super competent person.
“ …my side piece “. Shows how much he diminishes women to objects.
"I miss when men shut up and died in war" shows how much women see men only as utilities
Yup! And imagine how salty he must’ve felt during this interrogation… being called out by a woman 😏
like your dad
They all do, it's crazy how women don't realize after thousands of years of the same behavior that males see you as objects to be used and discarded. They really don't see you as an autonomous human beings. And women keep dealing with them...insanity.
I mean, they are objects though
He thought they were his friends 😂

That female Detective played the SH*T outta him! Her body position in relation to his got him sooo "comfy and cozy" that she just let him 'walk and lock' himself into lie after lie! What a fool.... 🤨🤣
She's got great tits too
This detective is amazing. She is so close to him her leg is touching his leg. Why in the world wouldn’t he ask her to move back? He is so guilty and thank goodness he was sloppy! A few more years on the force with more experience, he might have gotten smart enough to get away with it! Justice had been served for Susana!
She is not Amazing!🙄
She botched this interview on so many levels!
The male detective should’ve been the one doing interrogation with these same tactics!

The female cop definitely watches Columbo. She talks casually and then cuts in with a few questions.
Great comparison, and that's why the show was so popular!
It's a good technique to keep the suspect off balance and to gauge their response.
