I can not listen to this any more. This girl might have been saved if police would have acted immediately by following the 360 app directions in Zjasmines phone. These days it makes zero sense to wait when any teen is gone missing!! I should not matter how many teens go missing a month. BELIEVE THE FAMILY!!

Facts. I am 37 now. If people were to judge me from the stuff I did as a teenager then people would look at me totally different. I hung out with people who smoked weed or drank. And even experimented with different drugs here or there. But I never was hooked or became an addict. I was just a curious and impressionable teen. Of course I would never recommend a teen to try drugs, but I am not going to look at them as a terrible or evil person if they do. Its just apart of growing up, curiosity and at times as simple as wanting to fit in. Plus, I fear my kids binge drinking way more than smoking a joint. Though I am not promoting either.

    • @genericamerican7574

@@YerpDerp17 if people knew how many experimented with drugs without becoming an addict the war on drugs would finally be understood to be the racist money grubbing murderous monster it is by everyone. Unfortunately one in five people who experimented could not stop. I always thought addiction was a form of ocd. People are addicted to all sorts of things that are not drugs. Dopamine, serotonin, and adrenaline are addictive chemicals that your own body produces. People who are addicted to drugs are addicted to the dopamine that their body produces.

I hope her case changes the law on 48 hours. If the family says the kid never ran away and would not they need to take action at that second, HAD they of based on the app then they very well may have found her. She may have been shot or whatever he did already but the small chance she was alive laying there they would have found her. If it was human trafficking, those kids are gone in another country normally in less than 18 hours so this whole 48 hour thing is not right. They have to change that. And why would they not look within 50 to 75 mile radius in the woods with dogs? Had they of, they would have found her before she was skeleton and known who exactly and how exactly. This just sems this county failed this family big time. Im not buying the tears.

I was searching a wooded area for a missing 13 year old for hours. I prayed whether he was alive or dead that I would find him. At one point, I was standing over a ledge and something told me he was in that area. I looked around and didn't see anything. About an hour later, my partner found him right where I had been standing. I never looked at his body. In fact, I don't think I was supposed to find him. I didn't need to see it. Trial is showing his odd behavior of stalking a childhood friend and while in jail, telling his cell mate that they don’t have anything connecting him (DNA). That's why i only take what mom testifies as a grain of salt*, she lied about not talking to her daughter before she left friends house walking home. Besides the lying & the weed smoking which can be normal for some early teens but she was also careless about getting caught smoking in school, also was in a domestic relationship with an x which means she being bad influenced, which explains why she was doing heroin year before at 15. I can believe mom didn't know about the heroin but i can also doubt a 15 year old is good at hiding heroin addiction.
