Brother! You got good taste in videos, and lifestyle 😉🥩🍳
I ate that way with no results for decades. Now with meat, I don't have to wear makeup and am getting physically stronger.
Good for you
As a man who also eats meat I can also confirm that I don't have to wear makeup and am getting physically stronger.

Ignorance isn't attractive .
There are no " superfood " in the scientific literature .

Why eat protein pancakes when you can just eat eggs
Because any diet gets boring after a while including carnivore so you try and chase variety to be able to stick to it.

For a long time i didnt know what to eat for breakfast other than bacon and eggs. Then I realized that there are no 'breakfast foods', there are just foods. Just eat steak for breakfast, or whatever meat you like.
I had marinara meatballs for breakfast today lol. I am still getting used to this concept so it's pretty novel to me
Breakfast food is a commercial concept meant to sell a whole category of food.
I've had bacon, eggs and sausage for dinner. As long as it's animal, I'll eat it any time I want.
Whole foods. Products are problematic
Reminded me of when a gal in a business group (I'm an Integrative Health Coach/Educator) told me she was getting headaches every morning around 11ish. I asked her what she was eating for breakfast. She said oatmeal. I said "what about eating eggs." She said, "what about cholesterol?" I told her that was myth. I have been eating eggs for breakfast ever since I can remember, as I grew up on a farm. Two weeks later, she came up to me at the mtg, smiling, and said, "I can't believe how good I feel! NO more headaches!" And this was years before I went full Carnivore.😅
My brother thinks oatmeal with peanut butter is a good breakfast. 🙄
Turns out, from recent studies, oatmeal is covered in pesticides... thank God cows can filter most of that out...

Huge cutting board, huge sharp knife and a big fatty juicy steak! This is how we should eat every day!

Land deforestation to grow 🐂 will end us all .
I'm on 1 week of eating only steak , beef mince, eggs, chicken, lots of butter and some cheese and.......originally i thought i was a bit of a gimmick, but i've not had indigestion once for a week, joint pains have completely gone, i feel lighter, stronger, sleep better and my mood is lifted to a new level along with mental clarity. This is after just one week, i am amazed and will keep it up as long as i can, or atleast until i get my perfect balance.
Keep going Jane. This is proper human behavior.
Clean carnivore is what we're supposed to eat.
I'm nearly 71 and it's making a helluva difference on my body.
I’m a 71 yo Australian new to carnivore, only 4 weeks in, my arthritis knee a leg pain has drastically reduced and I have gone down from an XL to L in clothing with the loss of 20Ib. It’s amazing how we lose the craving and are not always hungry.
@@garrynorth6199 You should do an interview with No Carb Life - Dave Mac.
This is my fifth day of actual carnivore (nothing but whole cuts of meat, butter, eggs, and heavy cream)...my skin, which has always been problematic, was so clear and glowing today that I put makeup on as normal, and then TOOK IT OFF because I realized it looked awful! I'd been easing into carnivore for about a month, going harder on meat and fat, so perhaps it took longer than 5 days to help clear my skin up, but wow. That was my first real sign that things are changing, and it felt fantastic.
Physically I feel pretty rough today; I know there's a transition period, especially for a woman who's trying to sort her hormonal imbalances back out, so I plan to stay with full carnivore pretty hard for at least six weeks to give it an honest shot. Many thanks to Dr. Baker and other carnivorous UA-camrs who've encouraged me to eat real food and take control of my health!
honestly ever since i got on carnivore i dont eat until noon
I've kind of done the opposite; I used to feel nauseated if I ate too early, I'd have a coffee or tea with cream and eat lunch around 1pm. Now that I'm strictly carnivore, I'm starving in the morning! Maybe I'm not eating quite enough yet, but it's so heavy and rich that I don't want much right before bed either. I'll figure it out 😅
She is spot on why bother with a scoop of protein powder when i can eat 4eggs same protein content but more bioavailabile to my body ...
She also said she uses whey protein which has about the same protein bioavailability of a whole egg. I’m not knocking eggs at all but protein shakes can have a place.
In my opinion making a protein pancake is like a vegan, making a fake vegan steak out of plants, and calling it a steak, or some kind of meat. Steak and eggs for the win! 🥩🥚🥓🍗🍖🧀🍶
How can something with no protein or fat can be good for? It's basically carbord.😂
I love meat but vegetables/fruit do add fiber, vitamins and minerals which is great
@kevinwicklund9593 real food is not problem, it's all that zero sugar and processed crap.
@@kevinwicklund9593 they add fiber, which is harmful to the bowel which we cannot digest. They add no meaningful vitamins and minerals as they are so low quality and inferior quality compared to those found in meat that it's essentially a waste of time to even consume them.
Carrots for example...only about 55% of people in the world can utilize beta carotene in carrots and the conversion rate of beta carotene in those 55% of people is only 3%. You'd have to eat several pounds of carrots a day to get even a fraction of the RDA for the inferior version of vitamin A and that's if you're one of the people who can even get it at all.
Fruit, because of the excessively high sugar content, is the same thing. You get some vitamins and minerals, but a single orange is enough to elevate your blood sugar levels to harden cell walls and prevent them from intaking those vitamins and minerals. This effect lasts HOURS after consumption. So the vitamin C and other nutrients in oranges are largely just pissed away (literally).
Meanwhile...you eat meat and you get everything. Get the best version of iron, amino acids, vitamins, protein, etc. With the worst quality of meat having no less than 90% bioavailability. The best plant foods can get is 80% and it has to be highly processed to even get close to that value. Most plant sources are sub 50%.
@@kevinwicklund9593 Vitamins and minerals that are already in red meat, and there is absolutely no need for fiber, in fact, it is far more likely to be detrimental. Having said that, now and again for variety and flavor isn't likely to do great harm to a healthy person.
Too much fiber is not good, definitely. To say it’s more likely to be detrimental in general though, is just not a “fact” or something that’s backed up by anything except anecdotal evidence from a minority of the population. I eat mostly animal based myself but implying moderate amounts of fruits and vegetables is detrimental is complete carnivore nonsense. They all sound just like vegans, only they represent a different food group (meat). It’s a very extreme POV.
There's physical cues to metabolic physical and mental health.
Like looking awesome and having confidence to match.
Eggs with hot sauce, eggs with crumpled bacon, steak and eggs, as long as you can eat eggs - dress them up however and keep that as your breakfast. It's that easy. As soon as I started making egg sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, etc thinking it would work, my body composition started changing. Breads are just not it.
Great video and keep them coming.
That’s definitely right.
Whats the statistical chances someone getting CJD eating beef everyday of their life?

Who is this delightful woman?
Steak and eggs once a day works great 💯 . Oh a good coffee ❤
6-7 raw eggs in a little bit of milk blended with a stick blender and a tiny amount of vanilla essence = easy egg nog
It also has another benefit but I'll let men discover that when they wake up the next morning.
I'm obsessed with egg nog. I'm wary about raw eggs but I gotta try this
It was a tough one for me but I’ve taken peanuts out my diet. 100% carnivore again and feel great. It’s true, 95% of the benefits are in the last 5% of commitment. I miss peanuts, but it is what it is. In life, you can’t have everything.
My physique definitely changed rapidly when I started to do partial carnivore(eat carbs here and there) and using the rowing machine. Build like a truck now just from those two changes.
Truth. Eggs every morning.
2 pork chops and a pound of beef.
Man I do love me some pancakes tho... Not gonna lie.
I love all the things, but I love being healthy more.
FORMER metabolically unhealthy T2D.
You can still eat them occasionally just not every meal haha. I have days when I binge much worse than pancakes 😂, I just accept I'm going to feel not as good and mentally clear for a little while, I'll likely need to be close to a toilet, and I'll need to burn it off. Also times when I don't binge and enjoy things just now and again, but it's like 90% carnivore and 10% the other thing.
They're like donuts to me: Can't wait to eat them, then feel like crap immediately after I eat them. Don't even get to enjoy them for 10 minutes. Not worth the downtime from feeling great. Then you have a little more body fat to get rid of...
Make a Chaffle, cheese and egg mixed and pour in a waffle maker, the texture is perfect and really curbs the craving
I have them occasionally. I wouldn't do it a lot
Amen

His meat heavy diet killed him .
@@julienfroidevaux1143 One of the primary known side effects of steroid use is enlarged organs, which was revealed at his coroners report after his death. All of his organs were enlarged because of his drug use. That is what killed him. Stop misattributing this crap to his meat consumption.
He was also massively overweight at 330 pounds at only a height of 6 foot 1 inches tall.
His meal plan was also as follows:
Breakfast - eggs, oatmeal
Snack - fruit, protein shake
Snack - nuts, fruit
Lunch - Chicken and rice bowl
Snack - fat free yogurt, protein shake
Snack - ice cream
Dinner - Burrito's
Snack - protein shake
Understand that this guy was shoveling 8000 calories worth of crap into his body on top of using copious amounts of steroids.
Of the foods in that meal plan of his, the animal sources of protein make up the smallest amount of his total caloric intake as he was a believer of using carbohydrates (plants) to fuel his workouts. Animal meat was only for protein. His protein shakes were weight-gainer shakes...which means they are FILLED with carbohydrates. His weight-gainer shakes were whole foods consisting of yams, blueberries, oats, peanut butter, egg whites, and banana.
This guy was eating a majority plant based diet. Not a "meat heavy diet" like you enjoy claiming fraudulently.

Changing from plant based to meat based didn't change my physique at all. I gained some weight which I needed, but it only went into my hips, belly, thighs and bust. Clearly, change of diet without a lot of exercise doesn't do much for the physical appearance of a 70 year old woman after six months on carnivore.
Strange cause most people are losing (wieght) fat on carnivore...
It could take longer
I’ve been eating two chicken thighs with 5 eggs every morning
“You know”…
Whey protein is just industrial waste, like brewer's yeast as cheap "B Vitamins", or bee pollen/bread, baby carrots, leather industry, et cetera. Except leather is actually useful unlike all that other stuff.
Depends on where it's sourced. Whey has to be separated from the milk in certain cheese making processes, so it's not actually waste. It's also the most bioavailable form of protein on the planet. Nothing beats it.
The thing that makes it garbage is all the seed oils, sugars, and nonsense they add.
A good couple of brands that I enjoy which have minimal ingredients and high quality protein are Mark Bell's Steak Shake and NSP Milk and Egg protein powder.
I really love protein waffles with berries and honey, but damn I feel so much better not eating that stuff.
Have you tried Chaffels?
If unfamiliar you basically whip eggs and cheese into "batter" and put it in a waffle iron.
Mimic the look and texture of waffles really well and has no grains at all.

what % of the world can afford to eat steak every day? not a lot , i would eat it more if i could
I can’t speak for the world but for me, I eat about a pound of beef per day. I purchase one quarter beef (about 150 pounds) every three and a half months and it costs about $7.00 per pound. If I run out of beef before my next order is ready for pick up, I can purchase New York Strip steaks for $6.97 (sale price once per week, 6 pound limit per customer) per pound at my local grocery store
@@onionjello dude...NY Strips in my area are $16.99/lb. On sale they maybe get down to $10.00/lb. Buying quarters or half beef is definitely the way to save money, but I wish I could get that price on NY strips again. Pre-covid I was buying them as low as $5.99/lb.
@@charleshill1906 Precovid is gone forever.
I'm spending less on groceries since being carnivore. Steak goes on sale almost every week for $7 -8 a pound, which is around the same price as ground beef. Eggs $2.50 dozen.
Yeah, my breakfast is gonna be a fast mimic of white tea with a coconut cream and almond milk creamer with some stevia added. My lunch is gonna be bacon, eggs, chicken, 1 slice pepperidge farms very thin bread (turned into toast), small amount of granny smith apple with ground cinnamon and stevia, and one serving of a stevia sweetened jam. Most days I do a chia pudding or smoothie that uses home made yogurt or skyr that mostly uses raw milk yogurt and whey powder along with meat and or eggs/fish/shellfish. Sometimes I do fathead dough muffins or chayffels which I have keto and carnivore versions to. Sometimes I have small amounts of banana in a protein pancake or some berries. Sometimes at supper I add small amounts of potato or sweet potato (like 1-2 oz) along with other veggies and a crap ton of meat. I flux between lean and fatty proteins but add more cheese or animal fats if I'm doing leaner proteins. I recently added some buck wheat porridge to a chia pudding but I only cooked 1tbsp of the buckwheat for it. I try to stick with a ketogenic amount of carbs but keep a very diverse diet as long as my body doesn't show negative reactions. I mostly stick with whole foods and lightly processed most of which I do myself (home canned meats, jerky, fermented veggies, etc) and some minimal ultra processed stuff like Vienna sausages or some spam and a few other things but it's minimal. I'm very picky on ultra processed stuff between my hashimotos and ibsd symptoms. Whey powder and protein pancakes are freaking awesome but so are carnivore chauffels using egg, cheese, and a meat flour like chicken flour. And doing a sugar free syrup or doing fat flavored with stevia and a extract or berries heated in fat with stevia and cinnamon are not bad options either.
