Glad your new video is here! Best Russian learning on UA-cam by far. Very excited to hear PDFs and listening practice are coming, I've been looking for Russian listening practice and haven't been able to find much. Thank you! Please keep it up!
I would say at the office, unless I was talking about a specific one. I’m IN MY office, or IN YOUR office. Otherwise, for a general area, I would say AT the office. This lesson is fantastic, by the way. My wife is from Moscow, and I struggle to get clear explanations as to why I’ve said something incorrectly. This lesson was very clear and easy to understand. Thank you so much. I have a broad vocabulary, but I’m only just beginning to understand the subtleties of Russian grammar. This should hopefully also improve my listening skills. You’re an excellent teacher, and your English is very high level. 😁👏🏼
Yes russian grammar s full of little nuances and subtleties after years of learning there s always something new to learn. it s difficult but rewarding language good luck to both of us 😊
I so admire how Russians generously make excellent Russian classes for UA-cam. I’m from Ireland at the far side of Western Europe and love Russian. If you teach classes online, please let me know 💯💙🇮🇪🇷🇺
"I'm at the office" would signify that's where you're currently located in a general sense, establishing it as a main location hub. "Are you going downtown today?" "Yeah, but I'll be at the office though." "I'm in the office" would be more specific, framing it as a sub-location in relation to others. "Which room are you in, your kitchen or bedroom?" "Actually, I'm in my office."
About the office > This is what I think, you would say "in" the office, if you are talking about the specific location of your particular office in the company where you work at, or very specific about your location. But if you are using "office" more as general definition, or to describe what you are doing, then it would be "at" the office, because you could be in the meetings room, the hall, the patio, the parking... so if someone calls you, you could answer "I am at the office" (so you are busy)... I might be wrong, but this is how I have interpreted over the years.
Bonjour! Excellent video with a very clear, relaxed presentation, but still very informative and with perfect elocution, and not devoid of humor)). In short, this testifies to your great teaching qualities. Furthermore, your English is top notch. Please continue! One of the best UA-cam videos for learning Russian that I have come across on the Internet. Well done! From a Frenchman who is learning Russian.
Still waiting for russian history to just jump in this series 😅. like "Русская революция началась в 1917 году." started = начал Revolution = революция and also how many languages do you speak , I was just wondering .
Какой ислоьзуем «at the office» иил «in the office», Всё зависит контекст. -- the office. -- No, he's the office. AT the office = как работа. Он на работе = he's the office. (If he works at or in an office.) Он the office (he's at work/he's working at the office) -- Блин. So, for the sentence you were using in the video, since you're saying that you're still at work, it's "I'm still AT the office." 😊 I hope I explained it well for you, but if not, I can try to elaborate.
It depens on the gender of the word? Right ? Like for рыба? I found you an Telegram and it took me a while to get what the KGB in this case stands for…..😅

Simple version: “I’m at your house” could mean I’m in front or inside or right next to it. “I’m in your house” obviously cannot.
