We shall Say 'Om Shanti ' 🕉️🙏
Because in our Sanatan ideology, soul never dies but incarnated or gets nivarana (ultimate goal)

I always to say *R.I.P.* putting on the gravestones and my father passed away from my soul for the Catholics. As my quote there from Einstein *Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger generation. For they are us, our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life*

Animals suffer silently. Some even take revenge. We share animal emotions. 😪

And I thought that in my religion Hinduism , we get judged by some god And go to heaven or hell
I was such a fool self sabotaging myself & limiting myself. Real Hinduism is so liberating .
God has left everything on us.
    Thankyou for highlighting this point

It means there is no more purpose to wake up and keep on living so rest and forget your past life dont wake up until you've forgotten everything so that you can reborn and thus reincarnation was created

I always thought R.I.P. was put on gravestones as a warning in reference to Jack the Ripper. I thought it stood for, " Remember R.I.P.", as if the living were saying, " Try to steal anything from my loved one's grave and I'll go Jack the Ripper all over your behind ! "

The Budhdha many times spoke and highlighted about afterlife, and even in Sanatana Dharma, no question buddha came to make things right that people are corroupted even they already had the knowledge, but don't know what is right or wrong. Otherwise there is no reason to live truthfully in this life, rather one should enjoy themself taking others happiness.🆗

In Hinduism, is their a deity devoted to ferrying souls to their next life?
In the west we have Thanos (greek) or the Grimm reaper (western folk lore)
An in japan they got Kami. But i never hear a god or deity responsible for death in Hinduism.

    • @adflix424
      @adflix424 5 років тому +2

No. We don't have any deity carrying the souls of the dead. The exit of a soul is a long process just like its entry into the body at the time of embryo formation. Depending on the type of death, the soul leaves the body in which it was contained. Based on the person's karma, s/he gets to other planets/realms. This journey was realized by an Yogi through the powers of his meditation. In his book he had described the journey of the soul to afterlife. He said it's like traveling all alone in an endless path. Death is predestined so after the soul enjoys the fruits of his actions in the other realms, he will be reborn in the materialistic realm/earth in another body. We hv death personified- Yam or Yama is His name. He's the manifestation of the supreme lord Himself who assigns rewards and punishment to the soul based on its karma.

According the the 4 dharmic religions/belief-systems (i.e., Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism), it would be Return Is Possible.
*BUT* as with the supernatural claims of ALL religions/belief-systems, there is no reliable, verifiable evidence whatsoever (and therefore, it is not worth accepting).

  • @pauljohn8433

In my opinion. People can write "Rest in peace" or sometimes called "RIP" in culture of death, or memes
My quotes from my folks at the appearances of Fast Forward from Channel Seven from Australia, from press and radio clips.
"The phrase "rest in peace" also used from gamers, UA-cam videos within a title for written a word. A trend began rapidly in the year 2010s around the trends of social media"
    - Katie Graham (The Australian)
"I'm so great I'm on the Christian side for "Rest in peace" We need Christians"
    - Deborah Nightingale (2GB 873)
"Rest in peace is powerful phrase than any other phrases. After death, they can write on people passed away from friends and families"
    - Margaret Plan (The Sydney Morning Herald)
"I like the phrase "Rest in peace" for everyone passed away. I know. Can we wrote around the social media?"
    - Brian Toldme (3AW 693)
"Well, I guess how the wonders of passing people. We can't reach to 9 billion, there so many death rates"
    - Bryant Gumble (4BC 1116)
"Did you think about them, that "rest in pepperonis" is used as part of the meme stream on the internet?"
    - Bobby Battista (FiveAA)

This narrater doesn't seem like she believe in their religion, she sounds like she had no faith and had lost the hope, and have to accept only the eye can see. But there is much more hidden in the universe.. 🧘‍♂️
