Loka is a Sanskrit word for “world” in the cosmography of Hinduism, the universe or any particular division of it.
In short, there is no perfect definition because the concept is incomprehensible to the human mind. Only through great penance and devotion , the knowledge can be achieved.

the lokas exist as celestial planes. They do exist. Similarly, the 7 chakras also exist and metaphorically are related but the inner 7 chakras are actually access to Parabrahaman or supreme energy or conciousness , the entire material universe manifests from this energy- everything including us. All the lokas are temporary post death abodes for sinless and righteous people with good deeds whereas the chakras when completely activated let you merge into supreme energy, also proving that this entire manifest universe is temporary and an illusion in reality but people get trapped in this illusion and keep taking birth after birth only to suffer their bad karmas from previous births. Also hell and heavens of all levels are temporary and there's a rebirth after that based on previous deeds.

The Lokas are right here with us, we cannot see them. We live like a window blinds and we are on one of many slats of the window blind.
I have read a small description about the 14 worlds in a very old book of Yogasanas by a Sannyasi (I don't remember his name).
He told in his book that the human body is a mini representation of the whole cosmos. So, if one knows oneself completely, he is bound to know the cosmos.
He said that the "Anda" and the "Brahmanda" r one.
Sir it's Bhanda (earthen pot) and Brahmanda the cosmos .... it's a common saying in Bengal and is mentioned in one of the tantric texts.vv
लोकों से जुड़े रहस्य को समझने के लिए हमे एक बात ध्यान रखनी बहुत जरूरी है ब्रदर। वो ये की जिन लोगो ने अपनी गहन तपस्या से ये ज्ञान प्राप्त किया जरूर उन्हें भविष्य का भी ज्ञान हो चुका था। और जो आज की दुनिया है वो उनके टाइम की दुनिया से बिल्कुल अलग है उन्होंने इस समय की दुनिया को भी एक अलग लोक की संज्ञा दी है वो जानते थे कि आने वाला समय क्या होगा और उन्होंने उस सबका भी जिक्र किया था जो आज हो रहा है । इसलिए इन सबको ठीक से समझने के लिए सभी बातों को केवल इतिहास से न जोड़े बल्कि ये जानने की भी कोशिश करें कि को सी घटना किस टाइम से मेल कहा रही है। जैसे मिसाइल आदि अभी बन चुकी हैं । ओर संसार मे युद्ध के हालात भी हैं । दुर्योधन यानी धन का दुरुपयोग करने वाले , दुशासन यानी शासन का दुरुपयोग करने वाले, दुर्मुख यानी मुख का दुरुपयोग करने वाले, दुस्करन यानी कानो का दुरुपयोग करने वाले इस तराह के लोग भी आज हैं। ये समझना बहुत जरूरी है कि वेद सस्त्र केवल एक टाइम या एक सभ्यता से जुड़ी चीजें समेटे हैं या इनमे अलग अलग टाइम की अलग अलग सभ्यताओं के वर्णन ओर उनके बनने और मिटने का वर्णन है। हर एंगल से सोचना होगा जो तपस्या से दूसरे लोक को देख सकते थे तो उन्हें जरूर भविष्य का भी पता था और उसका भी वर्णन उन्होंने जरूर किया होगा। लेकिन आज सभी चीजें एकसाथ मिलने के कारण कुछ भी ठीक से समझ नई आता।

Ive been studying the seven planes of existence for the last years and I find similarities on this subject in many cultures.. Fascinating! Where does this knowledge come from? Thats also very facinating😊 I belive humankind is preset to move into a spiritual era very soon. We can't evolve further if were stuck in materialism and conflict. The threshold is reached. Subbed
These 7 lokas are also visualised internally through 7 chakras of human body.
I for example like to chant Gayatri Mantra to overcome anxiety and maybe access the remaining 95% of unused brain potential

That depends on degrees of pious activities you do in mortal world you get different world to live after you live this world . In srimad bhagwatam you will get all details. Only one correction..... All living eintities in all the planets above earth are mortal ( yes brahma too!!!!) as mentioned in srimad bhagwatam .
They doesn't exist in the way i feel you are imagining. That's a very dialectical way of representing what the actual meaning is.
This means, a common man resides on the 7th plane of consciousness , while enlighten beings like buddha and many more existed on the 3rd plane of consciousness. This is the manner they meant i feel as per my knowledge of sanatan culture.
Like, if u realize the truth, u will be called as 'living on the third plane' as per the video.

some things are meant to be taken literally, some things are meant to be understood as metaphorical/symbolic.
What you are describing here as dimension is called universe. If there is an 'higher' dimension in our universe we can still perceive this universe in our 3d plane. If by 7 lokh it means 7 dimensions. We will still be able to perceive this 7d universe in our 3d plane. If say there is a 4d being, we should still be able to see its 3d projection in universe that we can perceive.
These all myths long predates human understanding of time alone as dimension. Its stupid to hope to find detailed understanding of universe in stone age scriptures

Indra is a king of Devalokha (demi gods dimension). We are in the 7 th lokha called bhulokha (earthly plane which includes the land of earth and other lands with mount Meru or Mount Sumeru as the central structure)

05 Svar-loka *(aka Deva Lokha usually called heaven)

14 Patala-loka (usually called as hell)
*Svarga Loka is a set of heavenly worlds located on and above Mt. Meru where the righteous live in paradise before their next incarnation. During each pralaya (the great dissolution or flood), the first three realms, Bhu loka (Earth), Bhuvar loka and Swarga loka are destroyed. Below the seven upper realms lie seven lower realms, of Patala, the underworld and netherworld.
Svarga is seen as a transitory place for righteous souls who have performed good deeds in their lives but are not yet ready to attain moksha, or elevation to Vaikunta, the abode of Lord Vishnu, considered to be the Supreme Abode.
Vedas are 100% science. It contains almost all the things that we studies in any University. As an example, it contains the method of manufacture of rocket, the structure of Universe etc. Actually modern science contains only 20% of the science that is in Vedas. I wrote 12 books which explains Veda puraopanished's mostly on the basis of modern science. I am looking for a person's help to reveal such things to the Public. Hence this message.

Krishna is the exalted Supreme entity having His eternal name, eternal form, eternal attribution and eternal pastimes. The very name "Krishna " implies His love-attracting designation, expressing by His eternal nomenclature the acme of entity. His eternal beautiful heavenly blue-tinged body glowing with the intensity of ever-existing knowledge has a flute in both His hands. As His inconceivable spiritual energy is all-extending, still He maintains His all-charming medium size by His qualifying spiritual instrumentals. His all-accommodating supreme subjectivity is nicely manifested in His eternal form. The concentrated alltime presence, uncovered knowledge and inebriating felicity have their beauty in Him. The mundane manifestive portion of His own Self is known as all-pervading Paramatma, Isvara (Superior Lord) or Visnu (All-fostering). Hence it is evident that Krishna is sole Supreme Godhead. His unrivaled or unique spiritual body of super excellent charm is eternally unveiled with innumerable spiritual instrumentals (senses) and unreckonable attributes keeping their signifying location properly, adjusting at the same time by His inconceivable conciliative powers. This beautiful spiritual figure is identical with Krishna and the spiritual entity of Krishna is identical with His own figure.
The very intensely blended entity of eternal presence of felicitous cognition is the charming targeted holding or transcendental icon. This transcendental manifestive icon Krishna in His original face is primordial background of magnitudinal infinite Brahman and of the all-pervasive oversoul. Krishna as truly visioned in His variegated pastimes, such as owner of transcendental cows, chief of cowherds, consort of milk-maids, ruler of the terrestrial abode Gokula and object of worship by transcendental residents of Goloka beauties, is Govinda. He is the root cause of all causes who are the predominating and predominated agents of the universe. The glance of His projected fractional portion in the sacred originating water viz., the personal oversoul or Paramatma, gives rise to a secondary potency -- nature who creates this mundane universe. This oversoul's intermediate energy brings forth the individual souls analogously to the emanated rays of the sun.
