I didn't get one of these because I thought they were pretty much for home recording/practice. A bunch of reviews I watched said they were not good for live settings because of the potential bleed through from on stage amps. I may have to rethink that decision now. Thanks for posting this.
My suggestion is that is better if you try don’t ever listen to people I use this every time in small or big shows you just need a good sound engineer… or learn more about the setting I’m happy whit this
@@Ubercoolband That’s fair, there is a slight difference in our recordings. But no, I use no extra microphones. Only the EAD10 and 5 extra triggers connected to it. I do no postproduction and I record straight into my phone ✌🏻🤩
Thanks for this. I just ordered in ears and i'm wondering if i could use the EAD10 live. My band is very loud and the other musicians blast wedges on the stage...Do you think i could manage not having too much bleed in that thing?
I used for all my live gigs with my cover band. And sometimes with my original music band I mixed with microphones and sounds amazing. Let me know if you want me to do a video

The EAD10 os of the best kept secrets in drumming gear IMHO

U sound great dude!!
Thank you
Nice sounds and playing. I couldn’t hear any stereo separation, did you record in mono?
everything is recorded via the app from Yamaha from the EAD10 app two channels
guitar, bass and vocals are liking from the EAD10 mics.
so that means stereo, right?
Here’s the EAD10 with 5 extra triggers connected. It makes all the difference 👍🏻🤩

Your recording is studio, but this is live. His cymbals are lost in mix. Did you have mics for cymbals?

Yes I use this Live actually that’s the only reason I got it and works really good.
@@admmusick O.K. good to know. Thanks.
There is a “noise-gate” function on the EAD10. That can help some with the “bleed” 👍🏻
I have a bunch of tips on the EAD10 if that would be if interest 😂✌🏻
