    Sir maine khane ki timing change ke or mera waight kam ho gya bina exsize .... Mai suba ka nashta 9 bje tak...uske baad kush nahi ..fir ...1.30 ya 2 vje ...lunch ....uske baad kush nahi...fir ratt ko khana 6.30...7...ya kabi 2 ...8 vje kata hu ...fir morning vahi sb ....aisa krne see mera waight kam ho gya 110 kg that ab 88 ho gya ....

    I am doing daily 16 hours Intermittent Fasting for the last 45 days. Lost 6 kilos, DIDN'T EXERCISE, DIDN'T CHANGE DIET, have been eating the same high carbohydrates foods, sweets, gheewaala khaana. But i stopped inbetween snacks.

    What about the protein:carb ratio in dals such as
    - rajma
    - urad daal (maa daal)
    - lobhia
    - chana daal
    These are said to have higher protein content and are a big no- no for people with Uric acid problems.

    Hi doctor ji. I am a female age 37. I HV recently gained weight my height is 5.2. and weight is 70 kgs. From last 7 months I am going to gym and tried all different diets watching your videos. And following diet strictly. No sugar from last three months. Bus morning me chai let hu jisme gud daalti hu. Din me bhi kabhi kabhi gud wali chai piti hu. Baki ragi ki ek roti khati hu sabji ke saath lunch me. Breakfast me dudh and apple. And whole day I take veggies and fruits only in raw condition. Take sprouts alternative days. B
    But I have not lost even one kg of weight. Done thiroid test. It was ok. No problem. Please advice me ki ab me Kya Kari ab to bus bhukha rehna hi Baki reh gaya.

    Sir milk mein carbs hote hain bas isme doubt clear kardijiye I'm a very much obese person kya toned milk 1 litre every day malai hatake le saqta hoon 15 grams carbs per 300 ml carbs hai ek roti mein 20 grams carbs sir isme kya fark hai milk aur roti mein

      Overeating doesn't matter if one is eating vegetables. Vegetables have very low calories.

    Hello sir, my name is vikas. I was 90kg 6 months back. By following your plans i am able to reduce it to 72 kg. I have lost 18kg. I have gained medium muscle mass. Now am at around 15% body fat. I have tried to bring it below 15% but unfortunately i am not able to get rid of the stuborn fat on my lower abs. I dont eat roti, havent eaten suger for 6 Months. Eat salt only once a day. I workout 5 to 6 days a week rigorously. Please suggest whatelse should i do to go below 10% body fat so that i can see my abs clearly. I stil can see my upper abs though

      -Eat in caloric deficit (-500c deficit) everyday.
      -Keep your protien high..(1g per pound of body weight).

    Sir, thanks a lot for your videos .I always try to follow up your advise .I am trying to loss my weight and so every day I burn about 400 kelories through walking and slow running .But I am confused that how much Protein should I take in a day ? Please reply . Thanks a lot again.

    At the end of the day it all comes to calorie deficit and the thermic effect of food. Just weigh your food and keep a deficit of 10-15% out of your maintenance calories and adjust accordingly. Take a diet break every 8-10 weeks for a week or two at your current weight maintenance calories. That's it 🌝

    ye kon pagal log dislike kar rahe hai.....ab to ye sab koi secret raha nahi hai sab log jo bhi jara bhi dhyan de rahain hai apni health pe wo log ye sab jantain hai...but ye Dr.saab ne superbly explain kiya hai ....so why 444 dislikes I dont know.....apni public bhi na....

    Muje ek saval tha. Jo mote hote vo kuch fast food jo hota vo nhi khaye to bhi mote hote jate he. Or jo slim hote vo kitna bhi khaye bharka oily, sweet etc.vo slim hi rehte Esa q?

    I'm thyroid & PCOD patient with insulin irresistance so I m not taking dairy products for my weight loss. Even after doing diet plan with exercise I m not reducing weight at all since last 3 month. Pls advice. Having major hair fall too.
