I am doing daily 16 hours Intermittent Fasting for the last 45 days. Lost 6 kilos, DIDN'T EXERCISE, DIDN'T CHANGE DIET, have been eating the same high carbohydrates foods, sweets, gheewaala khaana. But i stopped inbetween snacks.

What about the protein:carb ratio in dals such as
- rajma
- urad daal (maa daal)
- lobhia
- chana daal
These are said to have higher protein content and are a big no- no for people with Uric acid problems.

Hi doctor ji. I am a female age 37. I HV recently gained weight my height is 5.2. and weight is 70 kgs. From last 7 months I am going to gym and tried all different diets watching your videos. And following diet strictly. No sugar from last three months. Bus morning me chai let hu jisme gud daalti hu. Din me bhi kabhi kabhi gud wali chai piti hu. Baki ragi ki ek roti khati hu sabji ke saath lunch me. Breakfast me dudh and apple. And whole day I take veggies and fruits only in raw condition. Take sprouts alternative days. B
But I have not lost even one kg of weight. Done thiroid test. It was ok. No problem. Please advice me ki ab me Kya Kari ab to bus bhukha rehna hi Baki reh gaya.

Overeating doesn't matter if one is eating vegetables. Vegetables have very low calories.

Hello sir, my name is vikas. I was 90kg 6 months back. By following your plans i am able to reduce it to 72 kg. I have lost 18kg. I have gained medium muscle mass. Now am at around 15% body fat. I have tried to bring it below 15% but unfortunately i am not able to get rid of the stuborn fat on my lower abs. I dont eat roti, havent eaten suger for 6 Months. Eat salt only once a day. I workout 5 to 6 days a week rigorously. Please suggest whatelse should i do to go below 10% body fat so that i can see my abs clearly. I stil can see my upper abs though
-Eat in caloric deficit (-500c deficit) everyday.
-Keep your protien high..(1g per pound of body weight).

At the end of the day it all comes to calorie deficit and the thermic effect of food. Just weigh your food and keep a deficit of 10-15% out of your maintenance calories and adjust accordingly. Take a diet break every 8-10 weeks for a week or two at your current weight maintenance calories. That's it 🌝
