In today's session, we covered a few questions I receive regularly about setting up your environment, surrounding, clothing and how to prepare ourselves before each session.
I also covered the phases for a successful session (loosing, asanas and pranayamas) and also included some asanas and stretches that will help those that are just starting their yoga journey.
