    ತುಂಬಾ ಧ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ಮೇಡಂ.. ನನಗೆ ಮೂಗು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅದರಿಂದ ಉಸಿರಾಟ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ತು..ಉಸಿರಾಟ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇಂದ ತಲೆ ನೋವು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಗಿತ್ತು.. ನೀವು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ
    ಪ್ರಾಣಾಯಾಮದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ದೂರವಾಗಿವೆ... ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ಮೇಡಂ... ಇನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಯೋಗ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ...

    I'm suffering covid positive patient as on October 18th. Currently in home quarantine. Was looking for pranayama exercise to practice. Seems like God himself directed me to watch this video. I have watched many videos. But never seen anyone explaining so simple and beautifully. Completely watched 44min video, not even skipping a second. I'll practice daily all these exercises going forward. Thanks a lot for this video mam. God bless you with good health.

      @@DrJasmineDSouza Respected ma'am differently try this pranayama well guidance some years ago I am coaching for Art of live Ravi shankar guruji for but forgotten long years ago at present situation I am suffering from dispersion because last my pet dog and family member's torcher to my selfs my property selfs therefore I am going to depression differently I try to my best consciously Thank you for sharing

    /)ear Dr madam your explanation and teaching Yoga practices is very good in simple languages both in English and Kannada.Your forecasting of learners' difficulties is quite apt and nice. I used to see your Yogas:Pranayama and Surya namaskaara in TV channel _Aayush TV.But I have to wait and watch for their relaying time.But now it is further made easy to learn as we repeat it again again till our perfection Thanks a lot.
