I'm suffering covid positive patient as on October 18th. Currently in home quarantine. Was looking for pranayama exercise to practice. Seems like God himself directed me to watch this video. I have watched many videos. But never seen anyone explaining so simple and beautifully. Completely watched 44min video, not even skipping a second. I'll practice daily all these exercises going forward. Thanks a lot for this video mam. God bless you with good health.

Regarding you question, please practice 9 rounds of Bhramari pranayama and also the relaxation technique explained in this video ua-cam.com/video/Pa6K3dziEtY/v-deo.html before you go to bed. These practices can help you to get into a good sleep.
