That is true.. I can only think of TMac who had an adidas signature at that time. I know adidas went with the whole Team Signatures back then. Ohh and they gave Gilbert Arenas a quiet couple of signatures.

The bballers (especially Chinese) had Tmacs and iverson sneakers and they were way popular than Jordan's, only the g'z had Jordan's back when I was a kid in the early 00s (new Zealand)

I got my home and away colorways from adidas super fast!!! But right now I’m going through what you are with Ordering my Red all stars from Dicks sporting goods smh... it went from shipping out 3/12, then 3/19, then 3/26 to now they are telling me not until 4/12 🤦🏻♂️... probably won’t be ordering with Dicks anymore

I used to have the OG white cw, played in them forever and I don't remember it being difficult to put them on. I rocked them casually after I started playing in something else. Happy to see them back.
Love the TMac 2... they're the reason i loved the milleniums lol. Such a great design, the restomod concept is awesome too.
I played in em and it really needed some break in time... Traction was okay (7/10) but the overall feel of it running with em is great... It felt bulky but it was really comfortable.
Im really happy they brought this back coz I never had a chance to wear them back in the days.

Had a pair when they first came out, one of the best shoes I've hooped in!
I had the O.G.s, in black, and I remember they did need break in time, and the cushion back then was decent, but it definitely wasn't nike air (my normal go to since forever). I still have my O.G. 5s too, they're unwearable now, but easily one of my favorite sneakers that I've been blessed enough to own.

I played a lot of basketball in the Blue patent OGs. They were a fun shoe. I still remember them being hard to slip on though...
I remembered i had the all blue Tmac 2 back in 2003 and they are super hard to put on

The tmac 1 is one of my all time favorite shoes to play in. Once those broke in they just felt so good to me and I felt super locked in, great court feel, and the reaction was A1. However, I absolutely hated thr Tmac 2. It wasn't that different but to me felt awful on court
Wore these back in high school. Absolutely loved them! Only issue I had was the blue stripes across the toe box came unglued! Would have loved to get these back but disappeared super quick.

I had the T-Mac 4’s in grade school and those things were BRICKS 😂😂 but I loved them. I also had the 2’s, 3’s and 5’s. TMac is one of my favorite players of all time. Wish I could’ve gotten my hands on these
I remember in the late 90s and early 2000s ovrerlasted shoes were everywhere. And1 had a Lot of that design.
It started with the Nike Hyperflight. Naturally And1 had to copy the design. Another one was Chris Webber's shoe the Dada C4.

I have two pairs of T Mac's. The 3's and the 4's. Used to have the 2's in the Low version, but I think my mom gave them away a few years back. They had terrible materials on them.
I took the 3's out 2 years ago to shoot some hoops after they've been in the closet for 12-13 years and when I got home I realized the outsoles were starting to peal off due to the contact with air and heavy use.
I can't play in the 4's because not only are they heavy as shit, but they're also stiff too. Literal tanks.
If I can find some good glue I'll take off the outsoles on the 3's and glue them back, because they're quite comfortable and use them outdoors whenever I go to play.
Have the T-Mac millennium. Basically the TMac 2 with boost. Played outside in my pair earlier this month and dislocated my ankle. Still recovering. It’s a great hoop shoe. Just misguided my foot. Now I’m hesitant on playing with them again even tho i like them
Man the 2’s were always my favorite T-Macs. I had a pair of the...5’s? I believe? The one with the wood piece in the heel and man it always cut into my heel. I legit had a Curt Schilling bloody sock after a night of playing ball one night in college.
Besides the white/blue and black/blue Tmac 2s, I also bought the red and blue ones from DSG, and they are on the way. Can’t wait!

FINALLY!!! lol but yeah I've owned these since the Adidas site release, they are TTS (IMO) and you have to loosen the laces first!! wide footers probably want to find another shoe LMAO. I wore mine to the gym for like a week and they broke in great! Bounce can be felt like crazy, I won't say they're like boost, but damn near (first time owning an Adidas shoe with Bounce). I feel that your review will be different once you've broke them in, "If" you keep them. Dope Videos per usual!
Have tried this on my high school days, tmac 2 and tmac 4. Hope to cop this here in the Philippines. 😁

I still have my old pair of TMac 2s in white with silver trim. Loved the look but they have always felt huge and hard to get into with all the padding
used to have a pair of those back in '14..those were heavy, but you'll get the hang of it..even the traction is a 5/10, easily gets dust so you have to wipe the soles all the time...for me in this era, i think it's better to use it for lifestyle instead of playing it on and off the court...but still a very memorable shoe 👌👌👌

OK so I think that those released the same year that the Kobe by Adidas the ones inspired by the Audi TT and that was the trend back then! Shout out to Tmac an exceptional guy who played an incredible career with shoes with no cushion!

İt was really hard to get what you want even if you have the money.) getting the t-mac shoes was really hard for me man, and boy was it competitive, my teammates would sometimes get them before me and i would be like how da fuq did you get those bro 🥵 good old times

They are two more OG colorways releasing, the patent leather red and patent leather blue, i m getting all 4 pairs. T-Mac was my hero when I was a kid but couldn't get his shoes back then.

Man, I just picked up both pairs yesterday. So glad to see this vid pop up! Never owned the OGs back in the day, but these exceeded my expectations in hand.
So... having worn both, some observations: I personally didn't find them too tough to get on, but I did loosen up the laces a lot beforehand; they are surprisingly comfortable and super chunky on foot - reminds me of the Yeezy 700 V1; and finally, these crease up like a mutha, but i don't mind at all. Ymmv. Love em.
We use to stuff tongues lmao 🤣 damn I do remember doing that with the adidas shell toes 😂 but I got several of these and everything you say is true my middle school and high school teams got these for us to play in and originally they were I felt one of the best pairs however they were a little heavy and mid way through games your feet were so sore sometimes. Had these back when i was a kid and i still remember up to this day how painful it was to get this shoe on. I went true to size and boy was that a mistake, every time I took it off my pinky toe was always numb because it doesn't have much wiggle in the front foot area. Anyone getting these probably needs to go 2 sizes up.
I liked these with adiprene + they took some time to work in back in the day , bounce I’m sure will be no difference I really want these with bounce one of the best shoes I have ever balled in.... and i am strong only wear Jordan’s for ball besides a few off shoes like some iversons

They are smaller in the toe area near the tip than the OGs are so your foot doesnt slide around as much I've noticed. I have the OG and the Resto.

Checks over stripes all day BUT seeing these they need to bring back the old school Kobe's... I believe i had the Kobe addidas the all black ones( looked like space shoes especially at that time lol.
