      Or he was a choke artist that got sonned by baron Davis. Or led his team to the 15th seed. He wants to be compared to Tim Duncan when Tim’s team had like 60 wins and won the finals while TMACs team had like 43 and lost in the first round

    How good was He? The only NBA game I ever went to as a Kid was when he dropped 62 on Gilbert Arenas & the Wizards. Had he not started to get gassed in beginning of the 4th, or made more free throws I think he'd of broke 70+ definitely. Absolutely unreal. 🤯

    Damn. You can’t blame a guy for trying to maximize his chances of winning in a small window like pro sports.
    But it seems T-Mac made a lot of incorrect choices - bad luck rather than dumb actions. I got to watch him in person a few times: against the Jazz in the Playoffs and in the 2006 All-Star Game. Big respect for him.

Either way imo Tracy is the most underrated player ever fr. And when you got Kobe Bryant speaking about how hard it was to okay Tracy and how good Tracy Really was is beyond a compliment especially when it's Kobe saying it and Allen Iverson said Tracy was a beast too and he is being screwed and should be on 75 player ever list and i agree people slept on Tracy but us real NBA fans know how great Tracy really was

    On Orlando Magic, for a couple years he went up to a level I believe no one else has touched individually.He was averaging 32,7 and 6 on a time where games were played to 90 points. He didn´t have a team good enough to win on the play offs and this is what makes people not remember him enough. On the Rockets injuries plagued him(and also Yao) when he finally had a team good enough to contend.

    I went to that game 5 2003 1st round game T-Mac @ Detroit. The palace was sold out and insane that nite. The pistons used their best impressions of the jordan rules to shut McGradys water off and it worked bigtime. Chauncey Billups scored 79 combined points in game 6 and 7 combined and the pistons blew the magic out 3 straight games.

  • @evanseekins517
    @evanseekins517 9 місяців тому

    I picked up the game kinda late. I wrestled until about 7th grade. I got a bit taller then, so I wanted to give it a try. I was pretty average through high-school. I was young for my grade, so right after senior year I went from about 5'11 to 6'3 in my shoes. When I got to college I just got extra obsessed cause I didn't have my other two sports anymore. i played damn near every day at the rec. An older black fellow that was always there playing started seeing how I was coming along. He chatted up everybody. He saw how I dribbled with both hands and even the shorter guys would start letting me run the point after a couple trips down when they saw how i handled. I started going mean to the hole, started using this crazy pull up where I just went as high as I could where most people couldn't get a contest to it. I got some shot blocking going. One of the closest thing too was that crazy behind the back pass to the post. The older guy gave me the nickname White Tmac and it caught on cause people thought it was kinda funny but true. Definately shrinking it down to the rec level, but I was still super proud of that cause if people saw anyyyything like this man they are saying you too tall and too smooth.

    Fun Fact that probably everyone already knows: Tim Duncan was ready to join T-Mac in Orlando but they let San Antonio (Robinson and Pop) get the last word in. Paired with a "team rule" that family couldnt join players on the plane. Could have seen Hill, and more importantly T-Mac and Duncan (considering Hills future injuries) together.
