I left that fake place because anything as small as a spec on the floor they get on me. Especially when I was cutting lettuce. I guess the manager was doing orientation and he wanted it be a clean environment for the new workers. Although, cutting lettuce can get messy and he is expecting me to do it fast in such a small space to work with.
Why does the restaurant charge about 20% more per item for delivery, plus a delivery fee and delivered by a uniformed employee? Does all the extra go to the driver or the company.
delivery fee is meant to cover gas costs, at least thats the idea, and the charge up is for extra labor. None of it goes to employees though, who are the ones doing the extra labor. the only extra payments that go to the driver are tips.

My chick Fil a just puts a thing of water outside and fans that blow warm water through them it sucks plus the water always gets warm in a hour plus you see if you can go inside they say no cause they need you outside for the customers

Don’t listen to them, I work at Chick-fil-A and it’s HARD to get a raise. If you ask, they will straight up deny you.

for me its 5 hour for a 20 min break but uu get a whole meal for free and its not that hard to work 5 hours in one shift especially at peek hours
