Make sure you always ask questions at the end. I never really understood how important this simple step is. I had my interview today. I don’t have a lot of experience and there were definitely better candidates. I ask what the next steps in the interview process would be like. Then they said there are a lot of applicants so why would I pick you. I then plead my case saying I’m eager and excited to learn and grow apart of a team. Before I asked that question, it seemed like the interview was over and I did well but definitely didn’t immediately get the job but after asking, their demeanor changed and after saying why I should be picked, they got the paperwork ready. Just be confident and genuine

I had mine yesterday and got the job, for those wondering, first asked me to introduce myself, then asked my availability and what do you know about chick fi la n then gave me a question about a hard customer n then asked if I was willing to work outside because of the pandemic n that was it. This video is legit!! I wrote down my answers for each question and practiced them the day before my interview. The hiring manager asked pretty much all of the questions in this video and I already had my answer! I got hired the same day. Make sure you know what to say when they ask "Tell me about yourself" that one's important.

@YasmineIt was short and my interviewer, now my HR Director, is really nice and supportive. She asked about my life and what special things I did besides school.
She then also asked to think about a moment in my life where I basically handled a difficult situation
Finally, she asked what does hospitality mean to me. That one is a big one.
I would say show a smile even it's through zoom and be charismatic, it's a great job!

King Agric Hyporbeam Well basically when I got there, I was greeted by the chief executive and he sat me down one on one in the dining room area, we went through my availability and stuff and then the FIRST question he actually asked me was “tell me about yourself”, and he also asked me what are 3 strengths and weaknesses of mine, why they should hire me, why I want to work there, if I have any questions (I asked him a question) etc. Then I had a second interview in the same day with the manager I think and she asked me some of the same questions too and also more questions about customer service, I also asked her a question at the end of the interview when she asked, and stuff like that and that’s basically what happened.
Right Way what were the 3 strengths and weaknesses? you said, i was putting some down but didn’t know if it was something that would or wouldn’t affect my points , yesterday i applied and on the same day i got a virtual interview which i completed and so coming friday ill see if i get moved up to the in person interview

The answers I came up with, which feels very genuine while also saying what any business would like to hear was:
1. I'm available to work anytime on any day. (However since I just applied and got an interview after working at Burger King, I mentioned I needed to work through a 2 week notice in order to start)
2. I know they're busy for the majority of the time, the pace is a lot faster than other places and the crew members and managers are known for being as polite as possible without seeming creepy, and honestly the idea of the faster pace sounds like a challenge I would love to tackle
3. I would stay calm, and do my best to think as logically as possible. While doing the problem solving that I had experience with at Burger King, I would follow the policy as well as I can because.
4. I love the fast food industry, and I love working with the people. The faster pacing and the ability to be personal with your customers without delaying the drive through is a dream that I live for. I want to make the customers feel like when I'm ordering their food I'm trying to treat them like family, and I feel like Chick Fil A is the best place to do that.
5. My strengths are my reliability, my dedication and my drive to do better. During my time at Burger King I would always be waiting to clock in, I would do whatever was asked of me in order to keep the customers happy, regardless of the situation. Now, my weaknesses, (which is very true) is just my ability to multitask. There was a time where one of my co-workers that I was training walked away while we were getting busy, and I was left making the sandwiches on my own while the entire kitchen was basically under my control alone during a rush.
6. During my initial interview, I asked about the amount of hours I would expect to be working if I was to get hired.
After my initial interview, I had gotten a 2nd interview.

The Complete Guide to Everything In my opinion it went very well and I don’t wanna sound soft but I was a lil emotional because the lady prayed for and it made me very happy due to the fact it is a Christian organization so she told me I will be expecting and answer by tonight but either way it goes it’s a very good company to work with. Cristo Caballero i think it went ok! They really didn’t ask me very many questions: -they asked me my availability -what classes I was taking next year -what would I bring to the team -what music I like to listen to -would I be ok with coming in at 5:30am
-if I had any questions for them They’re doing call backs tomorrow so I’ll find out then!
My nephew was asked what his parents do for a living. They are essential workers in the ER ( nurse and dr). He wasn’t hired. For the life of me I can not figure out why he was asked this question. It was also a panel interview split into 2 breakout rooms via zoom.

@@Joseph_Netane it wasn’t bad they just asked me to tell em bout myself, 1 strength and 1 weekness, my favorite and least favorite establishment, how would u handle an interactment with an angry costume if there’s no manager around, how would u describe friendly costumer service, and availability. ik it sounds like a lot and overwhelming but we spent like 30 mins but he also talked about himself a lot and overall i think it went pretty well

I got the job
Went in for an interview today and was hired on the spot! This video gave me more confidence and I love it! I prepped for it well, starting a few days before.
FOR THOSE WONDERING:
- They asked like 15 different questions, some were very similar to each other and YES, this video included most of them*
- The interview itself was about 20 minutes long
- Prepare well and watch videos similar to this
- They usually do 2 rounds of interviews (1 one day then another a week or so later) to get you used to the managers, but they hired me on the spot because they didn't have many employees
*Except the fact that they didn't ask me for any weaknesses that I had, they only asked strengths

yes they are hiring i have an interview tmrw. If you want to know if its open near you, you can just call them and ask how to apply. I am also 15 but I am turning 16 next month, but i called and they said they hired people 15 of age, so you should be fine just make sure u have your permit ready to sign.

Hershey Barz yes! The one about hours and availability were. I think my selling point is because I did what the video mentioned! The questions they asked me were about my passions and things like that. They asked me what I could bring to the team. They asked me how I could turn my lack of job experiwnce into a gain for them!
