- Hey all! With regards to tutorials on my channel, we're going to be focusing pretty strictly on classic solos from the seventies for the foreseeable future. See how that goes. Trying my best to up the quantity of tutorials on my channel over the next year or so, as tutorials are the best route for me getting this channel to a point where I can do this more on a full time basis, and hopefully for a living.
Starting this 70s series off with these 3 classic solos to Walk This Way by Joe Perry and Aerosmith. Hope you enjoy and find it both helpful and accurate.

kelly i was wondering noone really has done a ZZ TOP Rough boy Tutorial correctly when you get time as i know you are super busy ...Billy Gibbons is my FAV Guitar Player and i just know you would do the whole song 100% correctly , just whenever you think you can do it would be so appreciated brother ....Thank you Kelly.

KDA I love ya bro, but you are playin the right notes mostly but in the wrong places. He moves around with some open stringa and skipping strings as well. Hey ,it took me a long ass time to get. I was in my room for a week back in the day! lol Still, I appreciate your take on it. Nothing is "wrong", just different💥I speak of the second solo, btw.
I learn everything by ear. I try my best to learn everything in the most economical and logical position on the fretboard. Sometimes I get that wrong however, haha. Like you said, right notes, different positions.
