To order “push rod seal” go to www.babbitsonline.com The part # is 920491017. This part is same for 95-2006 Kawasaki models but call and ask them just to make sure.
Thanks for the video!!! As for that "ball bearing"...I think it's just a dimple and he's right that the reverse dimple on the end of that rod DOES face towards you, when re-installing it!!
Not 100% sure but I know these bikes will get oil coming out of air intake areas under gas tank if you overfill them with oil. Make sure you put exact amount of oil and don't just rely on the sight glass to fill it to correct level.
I take out the push rod on my bike it came out whit the diple inside i put it back the same way it came out nobody has work on it since i buy it to me that's factory installation

Can someone tell me what's the name of the circular part that is to the right of the slave cylinder?
How did you get it out?
I got oil leaking out of the dust cover. The round cover right to the right of that. Any ideas how to fix that

Manual says differently
That sure doesn't look like no 1500 with those itty-bitty jugs looks more like a 750
It's a 1500 rips like a hurricane. You need to compare it to other 1500's on utube. I assure you it's a 1500.
Wouldn’t you put it back the way it came out.
Not if previous owner put it in wrong.
