Howdy, well it's been almost a year since this video and I still don't have a channel yet but hold on. I'm just starting with a new company and once trained I will only have to work 3 days a week. So I can get back to building my catering business, fishing and just generally enjoying life. One more thing, finally starting my channel. There are so many Y Tubers I know who have encouraged me but the one who said it best has been you. You said " until you do it,it's just a idea " . That is a inspirational statement if ever one was spoken, and I hear that in my head often. So thank you and don't give up on me. Fyi, I expect a good salmon season this year,so tight lines and cold beers. 😃🎣🍻
This is another great video. I picked up a Q last week to prepare fish for two and prepared Salmon for the first cook. It wasn't this fancy-perhaps next time, I use your seasoning blend with baked cod all the time-but the grill worked well. Thanks for all of the videos featuring the Q.
