... It's because when he's playing, he's completely focused on the game, but while he's waiting for the next level to load there's an excess of tension that's really hard to contain. Keep in mind, the guy's a professional gamer and he knows full well that during this stream he's being watched by literally thousands of people. You can't expect someone under those circumstances to sit perfectly still during the brief intermission between levels. The hype during every run in this event is probably enough to have almost any normal runner fidgeting more than a little bit. I'm just impressed that Caleb handles himself well enough under that kind of pressure to hold a conversation with the couch, engage the viewers, and -shill- uh, promote the donation incentives so casually during the whole run. Seriously guys, just because someone fidgets under pressure doesn't mean they have Parkinson's disease or something.

Actually, for a proper muscle build paired with a healthy diet for the intent of use, you will have a thicker mid-section. It is meant to help protect your organs. When you see muscular models, where you can see every muscle, they're actually harming their bodies by starving it to get that look. This guy is properly toned.
I think he's topless so you can tell how relaxed he is when beating this game; if you see gut being sucked in, pecs flexing tight etc. you can tell it's stressful and not full on mastery.

It' completely RNG related. To do a hadouken on him, u need to do something called the "Air Hadouken" which is a glitch where u......do a hadouken in the air. But the problem with that is, sting chameleon could just vanish and the hadouken could go right through him (Giggity), and that wastes a lot of time.

The suicides were so he could respawn and make the energy capsule at the top edge of the cliff before the boss door appear repeatedly. To get the hadoken you have to do it 5 times total, and the final time you have to have all equipment, weapons, sub tanks, etc. and a full health bar. He made it appear once on his first time through at 24:58, so he only had to do it 4 more times later after beating the other levels/bosses.
You mean without cheats. It's OK to exploit bugs and glitches, as those are an inherent part of the game itself. Also, it does not matter if you're playing on a real cart/CD/DVD or on an emulator (after all, the game is the same) as long as you don't cheat.

in most cases of speedruns, the japanese versions of the games have shorter cutscenes and dialogue, I suppose due to the written language not taking up as many frames, so it cuts down on the time not spent playing.

Caleb did it in the MMX race he had at the AGDQ14. You have to do a fully charged shotgun ice blast and then hadou. Like SamCity said, it's RNG based.
