For future AGDQ, please keep the commentators talking to a minimum. It ruins the playthrough and you can tell that some of the players are annoyed because they want to share some of their knowledge about the game or the levels and skips
The speed run is impressive in and of itself, but I really love how openly dorky all of these people are. Funkdoc's ridiculous coordination mixed with the cringe factor of everyone in the room made me sit all the way through to the end. That very clever manipulation of the ice spell toward the end made me look at the game differently- Funkdoc is the fuckin Glenn Gould of Castlevania 3.
That was a seriously impressive run. I am not a speed runner at all, but I can totally respect what you're doing here. LOVED the Sypha shortcuts. From one gamer to another, game on! And much respect.

Grant is actually the slowest category because you have to go through two extra stages to collect him. He is faster on almost every other level, but that huge detour makes him slower overall. Funkdoc played as Sypha here because she was donated for, though. ^_^
