    Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you should connect AO and BaseColor in mix rgb node the other way around. Multiply mixing is not working the same in both directions. It matters which one is used as base and which one is used as multiplication. Then in Substance Designer Blend node is having base as second input node and texture used for multiplying as first input node on top. In Blender I think it's opposite. Base texture is on top and multiplying texture is below it.
