My blessings go out to him. Hope he comes back one day; would love to see him cover Tactica, Reload, Vengeance, and all of the Metaphor news.
I still check the channel every now and then to see if there's any new uploads
If Fither ever returns, I hope it's with another egg saga.
The way fither described Persona 5 fans becoming the old fans reminds me of the same way fire emblem fans were for people that started with awakening back in the day.
We miss having you around, Warden Fither. Can't wait to see how you feel about Reload.
Hey fither, it doesnt seem like you are coming back so im gonna cancel my channel membership. You are one of my biggest inspirations and without a doubt my favourite channel. Sad to see you go but honestly, couldnt have picked a better video to likely be your last one. Stay frosty
Man really went and got his life together
My glorious King Fither, I hope you enjoying Akihiko and Fuuka in 4K.
I hope you're well and please take care of yourself though, we'll see you when we see you! 💖
miss you bro. take care of yourself x
Damn he missed this years Jojo June.
Hey fither, i hope you are doing well and can come back to making content! Take your time though, we will all be waiting for you king 👑👊❤️
miss you, fither
Hope you're doing well Fither
Edit: seems you are fighting you in Strive was awesome and it felt like everything came full circle since your Bedman video was the reason for me looking into the character more and them becoming my favorite Guilty Gear character and getting into actually playing fighting games and then I was able to go head to head with you and even take a game it was honestly surreal so thank you 👍
miss your content man, hope your doing good well in whatever your up to
thanks for having me on. feels like it was just yesterday.
"Feels like it was just yesterday"....never change man, never change
feels like it was just tomorrow 😮
Everything I've consumed today have been about personal growth and everytime someone has mentioned "masks" and "Persona's". The more I walk through life the more I realize how applicable Persona actually is when I thought it was just some fictional enjoyment.
That’s Carl Jung, baby
@@dachking6657 so I WAS the butterfly!
hope your doing well fither . your the reason i got into persona fire emblem! keep up the content please
The part about finding and experiencing a piece of media at THAT specific moment in your life, whatever that might be, definitely rings true in my case. Around the end of high school and beginning of college is when I got really into art because I got back into anime. Those two things then fed into each other causing me to want to experience more of them and more types of them. I guess that was when I realized I liked making things and being creative whether it be drawings, videos, or what have you. If I didn't experience those things around that specific time, along with you know stuff in real life as well, I might not even be doing what I'm doing now so it's just weird to think about I guess.
I like to think fither is a prison guard in charge of being the look out. The cameras are on but he's watching anime, playing rpgs, abd taljing to a friend at the same time. If theres a jail break, we know who to blame. Lol
Seriously though, I really like the art for the podcast and the way its set up. Nice persona chat by the way.
When the world needed him most he vanished
I agree with the thought process of “seeking to understand“ versus “challenging the masses” helps in content creation… and noticing/ being aware that yeah I might have neutered my engagement with Twitter but I’d gotten deep into Reddit discussion makes me realize that I just substituted one toxic relationship with another.
For me, it’s so wild to hear persona fans who haven’t played P5S! It’s the closest direct sequel we’ve gotten to a persona game
Where did he go?
That's what I'm trying to figure out
I found no Twitter and no other announcement about him; I pray that he is doing well.
@@knightshade2654 he got a discord?
He's prob just found something else to keep himself busy, wish him the best
He already talked removing his twitter account already.
Most likely, he is taking a break from UA-cam for his mental health
Ik it’s a weird request but would you get YourbudTevin for one of these because he was a Persona content creator that left the game cause burnout/ not wanting to be stuck doing only persona stuff cause now he’s on twitch doing drinking games and reactions and blew up from those
He actually did a P5 challenge run stream not too long ago, but I'm not sure about what's going forward
I totally feel that "one piece of media they didn't know they needed but they experienced at the right time", though for me it was Xenoblade Chronicles 2 rather than Persona. Though interestingly, for similar reasons to what you say about P3, especially the anti-nihilism part.
I wish Fither would return to doing UA-cam.
Fither has died twice. Will he revive twice as well?
Where did he go 😢
Where did he go it's been 8 months I hope he is ok
He seems to be doing fine I just randomly came across him in Guilty Gear Strive just now
@Fither
Please can you reupload the video (Catherine Octillionaire Sigma Grindset) Ive been looking forever, and found a cache that you were the one who made the video
Persona: The Reddit Ideas
What happened to him?
he's on a hiatus so he can focus on school
fither where have you been
I know Fither has been gone for a while and I hope he comes back. Was going to watch his old videos but a lot of them seem to be gone like the Persona 3 4 5 waifu videos.
Does anyone have an archive of them?
Yeah I miss the law chaos debate one
Hey woordone fith, I was wondering if you’d ever be down to do death note content for whatever reason, to do a morioh gang vs light or L vs Yoshikage Kira video? just thought it was an interesting concept
Revelations Persona was my first Persona game so I guess I'm coming from a unique perspective:
Every game in the series is great. Its ok if you like 5 more than 3, yadda yadda.
I do wish we could get an adult cast in a future game but its still ok If we don't.
3 is my favorite and Junpei imo has the best characterization in the series.
junpei is da man
dis is friggen epik on ged
When you come back ill be very happy
miss u bruh
The most interesting thing is that they are going a bit further to acknowledge Persona 1 and 2 due to the Japanese Fanbase being interested in a Remake of 2 coming second in the polls
This is the collab we neededdddddddddddddddddddd.
Yay
but like like, you know, like
Why doesn’t the crystaahhl episode count don’t snub her
It had a slightly different format
Or I think Fither doesn't feel retroactively making it a part of this series sits right with him
I miss thy
I gotta disagree when he says the modern games and P1&2 arent threatening eachothers existence. Because they kinda are. Since they are part of the same series, yet such different games, they will always be competing to see which one of the styles of game will carry on to the future. Its like Fither said, if the 3rd game was just called something else this wouldnt be as much of an issue, but since they are a series, they really do have to pick whichever is "better" to continue the series. And the loser will not be carried forward.
It is interesting because P2 getting a faithful reload treatment would Redefine Persona as a whole. Imagine where certain aspects of all of them were fused to end up with Persona 6.
OMG it's that bubbletea guy with the awful opinions!
And he embraces it, good for him
Good, the persona community has the most coldest hot takes in existence.
@@SoulBro12They don't even have cold hot takes. They just all have the same take. Every Persona fan I've met has the following 3 opinions: Persona 3 is the best game, Akechi is bad, and Morgana is bad.
We need more diverse opinions in the fandom or discussion will become boring.
@@jackflynn412 of course, we shouldn't inadvertently make people want hot take opinions for the sake of being different, but not following the crowd for the sake of it is equally as important
@@ArshadZahid_nohandleideas I agree with you, it would be equally boring if people started saying hot takes for the sake of being contrairains. The differing opinions must be all genuine. It's nice to have a middle ground, having your own opinions but not always disagreeing with collective opinions. Some of the popular opinions in the Persona fandom are very agreeable anyway (the Tactics menu being a flawed system, Adachi being a good antagonist, the music being fire)
I think that discussion is honestly better on UA-cam comments than on other platforms. People on Reddit all share the same opinions on everything (probably to get more Karma) and Twitter is just a screaming match where the character count is so low that nobody can say anything articulate so people just throw petty insults at each other instead of conversing. Granted YT still isn't perfect (comments frequently get hidden by YT or the uploaders can remove comments) but I still find it more fun to talk about things on YT than other apps.
I do think Bubbletea does just like to say controversial things for the sake of it sometimes, but they're usually okay or agreeable. Like when he said it's okay to not like MegaTen but like Persona. They're tonally very different and Persona being more focused on the social simulator aspect makes it appeal to a different audience anyway. That's what I liked about his videos. He never really said anything that outrageous or silly (at least that I've seen.)
