    Hadn’t worked out in a while then went too hard on the workouts back to back. Was feeling all kinds of tightness across my entire body and this helped tremendously to relieve that. Thanks Alex!

    I joined a gym and my coach would go almost immediately into the weight machines. Now I know that I have been missing an important part of my workout, which to stretch before and do recovery afterwards.
    Will start including these steps tomorrow.

    Would you be able to do a daily stretch routine aimed specifically at cyclists? 👍🙂🙂
    I’m enjoying your resistance band workouts and often link the different groups together to extend the workout time. 🙂🙂
