I was lucky enough to have their father as my Jr. high social studies teacher when Dreamboat Annie was released. He adored them, of course, and would end the teachings early and play the album on the school record player. Then he arranged to have the band play for an acoustic set (first unplugged?) in our band room as we all sat legs crossed on the floor with our mouths collectively agape. One of my best childhood memories.

Growing up in Seattle during the 80's an d90's, I was blessed to witness heart live a few times. Whta an absolute pleasure. Whitout a doubt Ann & Nancy are two of the most gifted musical siblings in American history!!

When Page turned 80 that's when I realized that it was never going to happen. In retrospect, the fact that they didn't do a world tour following the 02 Arena gig in 2007 was a pretty good indicator that it was never going to happen.
Saw these gorgeous ladies 7th row in November of 1977 at the University of Georgia as they toured their Little Queen album. Beautiful then and even more beautiful today! Respect to Ann Wilson for continuing to lead the great band called Heart and equal respect for Nancy who a lot of times took second chair to Ann but who has proven she is an outstanding singer and guitarist...Kudos to the true LADIES OF ROCK!

I first heard them live at Pearl's (later Natsha's) in Bremerton in 1975 just before they hit it big. They were killing Zepplin covers way back then. Simply outstanding.

As an older woman - I've always loved these 2 - they have been giving me goosebumps since the 70s with their sheer talent and badassery.

I first heard them live at Pearl's (later Natsha's) in Bremerton in 1975 just before they hit it big. They were killing Zepplin covers way back then. Simply outstanding.
