Hi Es, (sorry, not sure how you spell your name). My first time posting but I have been watching your channel for about a month already. You are truly a woman who is destined for greatness. I am so happy I found your channel and am cheering you along on your journey. I hope you will be invited to friends, maybe your Rabbi's home for Purim. Please update us on where you will be. (I am not in NY). Bracha and Much Hatzlocha to you!
The spiritual messages in the Megillah of Esther (in depth studies) are moving & important. Honestly, the fun part for me is working out my mishloach manos/food gift theme. I write a poem, use theme-related foods, & work out how to package it in a fun way that fits my theme. And I do wear a costume on Purim, sometimes! My friends & family have told me how much they enjoy the results. That's fun too. You'll find your own way to enjoy it, besides what's most spiritually meaningful to you.
TEST YOURSELF WITH MY PURIM QUIZ !

What an incredible human being you are.
Thanks for posting - love watching your journey. Have a fantastic Purim, Hashem bless you always

I felt the same way about my name. My name literally means "a Jewish woman." 🙂 I converted almost 4 years ago.
That's amazing, HaShem bless you for eternity, Jody!

Great video. Thanks
You are a true inspiration! I think you should dress up as queen Esther for purim. Did you get an invite yet for the seudah?
Shabbat Shalam
