Looks interesting but too many textures going on. Buttery/flaky pastry, soft/chewy mochi, what looks like a syrupy center or something that melted. I’m curious how it tastes!
Someone commented that those mochi were from the frozen section at a chinese grocery store. SERIOUSLY A.T.E.?!?! Store bought & frozen mochi? I suppose the puff pastry was to? I wonder if that is why we don't see the cook? NO WORRIES, I just think it's funny someone just assuming, basically just guessing about the ingredients. 😬🤷♀️🤪

those specific ones are tang yuan and easily found in freezer sections of chinese supermarkets
