It's because, she had protein shake as post-workout plus she did exercise with the right way, we usually go to Gym and make ourselves tired by doing various useless exercises which doesn't really have any positive impact on our body! And one important factor is; once you are done with your good workout, you should eat/drink something healthy and nutritious, so then you will feel that energy too :)
For those who find it cumbersome to watch the whole video, here's the crux: 1. Luke warm lemon water(500 ml) 2. Breakfast: Oatmeal with chia seeds(soaked overnight in water). In the morning add apple, banana, 4-5 almonds, mixed seeds(pumpkin, flaxseeds etc.), a few Raisins, cocoa powder, 1/2teaspoon muesli. Pre workout: 1 piece of dark chocolate (90% dark) and one cup black coffee Then exercise for an hour and a half. Post workout: protein shake. Second Breakfast : 1 orange and 2 hardboiled eggs. Lunch: sabzi(paneer matter), lots of salad and multigrain roti. Then 30 minutes later take apple cider vinegar with water. Evening Snacks: Black coffee+ peanut butter sandwich( brown bread) Then in the mall she ate a healthy sub. Dinner: 1 bowl Dal + Salad 1 omega 3 capsule after dinner. Before Bed : Green tea Tips: Keep drinking water For emergency snacking, always keep some nuts packed with you.

One thing I must say that I rely on you. If you say that something is healthy, I become sure of it. And any diet seen elsewhere is not as reliable as yours. This is more like a vlog than a diet video . And the foods are healthy but I feel it’s a lot to eat in a day . Maybe it just depends and varies from person to person.

And avoid eating any processed food! And in a week 2 days i take for only water intake! U can eat cucumber, watermelon and muskmelon, In those 2 days! This works for me i have added the cucumber diet from last 1week and lossed 3kgs in a week with it! Try it for 1day and share your results of the weight loss.. u can loss upto 1.5kgs perday but please do it only twice a week! Thank me later😁

Hi Gunjan, the video was really good and informative.Even I do follow these things but only problem what I saw in your video is timings. People generally dont hv much time to do all these.Some1 have to reach office by 9 o'clock or 9.30 a.m and returning home by 9.30. This is a challenge. Every1 cant manage to go to office at 11.a.m.Nothing to demotivate you.You are really doing great.

Yes Neha...u r right...Not saying that what she shown us is not good but not for everyone....But its also true sh's just showing what she does in her daily life ...she has made a routine juggling her office time and other responsibilities ..if u want to make urself healthy and lose some weight make your own routine ..for example -Follow her eating diets and Do some home workouts ,even sweeping , mopping, cleaning the house is good workout for housewives, then make some foods for yourself and family ..eat take rest ... i think if you have Will you will find your way around your works ...I hope this advice will be helpful..🙂

Hi Gunjan, the video was really good and informative.Even I do follow these things but only problem what I saw in your video is timings. People generally dont hv much time to do all these.Some1 have to reach office by 9 o'clock or 9.30 a.m and returning home by 9.30. This is a challenge. Every1 cant manage to go to office at 11.a.m.Nothing to demotivate you.You are really doing great.
Ur day routine is benefical for me. Need more of ur days, to get options in food.
