    I loved your video! Especially the idea of eating apple with peanut butter. But as a fitness instructor I can say we should never weigh ourselves everyday, that makes us feel depressed especially for the plus size people, Lot of researches shows the same. Instead, we can keep a short term goal like 2 weeks or 4 weeks and weigh at the end of it, that keeps us motivated all the time and push us to work harder to see the results. Keep rocking as always 😊💪🏻

    I agree with the clothes 100% i change 3 times a day as well. Wearing workout clothes in the morninh keeps my brain in check that i need to workout. I also follow very similar habits👍

    My only question is when do you do sweeping and mopping, dusting, cooking, cleaning utensils and washing clothes? I think whatever you have shown in your video is good but you should also mention the reality during this lockdown period which is doing all the household chores, workout and work from home as well.

      Honestly I am watching her video first time and I must say I do everything she says by myself. My body itself asks for it. I have a 2yr old at home too. This includes cleaning when he sleeps. Just tweek the food and timing as per your choice. Initially I was getting up at 9am and did feel lethargic whole day and night sleep was gone for a toss. However now it's almost come back to track. If you really want you can do it too. Take care and don't over do it ☺

    Oh my god u r just like ke me I wake up at 4 sleep arround 10.30 and then early mng workout check weight, changing dress after shower,wid lipstick and kaajal and busy wid 2 kids and all housework I enjoyed ur video 👍

    When we get ready, we do notice our figure and then feel like to loose weight as soon as possible. Hence it affects in loosing our weight 😊😊

    Agree with clothes u wear helping with weight management. I switched to trousers just cos I could mintor any weight gain at the outset and manage it. When I wear salwar kameez it gives me some room to hide weight 😋

    Then I jump to breakfast

      Just wearing fresh clothes gives a feel to be active. Even wearing or changing clothes burns approx 5-10 calories each time. Now calculate that by multiplying 7 times a week and 4 weeks a month 😉😉😉

    Hello Gunjan Di. Gunjan Di I have a query. When you start working out you tend to have body pains and this is but obvious but many people do not exercise or they leave exercising due to this. So how to deal with pain and manage the workout. I know I might sound stupid while asking this but this is one of the most common issue whic no one addresses.
