      Avoid those... Try to get carbs from vegetables... Avoid most of grains... In 3 months you see a difference 👍

      Pregnant ga unnapudu diets cheyakudadu andi...but follow important points... Take prenatal supplements... Dont ignore protein... Good fats like omega 3 ( eat small sea fish) leda running water fish... Take vitamin d k2 megnesium and Iron supplements... Watch your thyroid and sugar levels regularly... Do exercise with precautions
