Being an NHS doctor shows how brilliant you are. But I know how stressful it is. July 5, 1948 was a momentous day for British public health system. 75 years on though there are challenges but it shows how Britain has bettered itself because of this. And you been a doctor in NHS I have utmost respect for you. Remarkable.

My eye mask is from Amazon, just type 'blackout eye mask' and you should find something similar. I have a few in rotation and just chuck them in the laundry every few days!
