Listen better..talk slower…respond slower…finally realizing this. Left a fast paced job at court a year ago, started working from home, and I can finally just now relax and not feel rushed in everything including having a conversation. I would often find myself feeling impatient if someone wasn’t getting to the point quickly enough, I would interrupt and try to guess what they were trying to say. I would think ugh they’re so slow! I could’ve said that quicker! I realized it was rude and off putting. Now I just shut up and let people talk until they’re finished. Its respectful. It’s great!

Have broken my back 4 times due to osteoporosis and am in chronic pain all the time I have a chronic copd’ my mum doesn’t are about me never visisits’ my two best friends have ghosted me cos I have been literally housebound for 2 n a half years o coke just forget about me’ I’m only 55 n I jaw t to die’ ‘ My sister can do no ring in mu mums eyes’ she just been been been drunk driving n lost her job cos she couldn’t to work cos she needed a neded a drink’’ I need arotator that turns into a seat she’s been paying my sisters mortgage for a year n is now buying her paint n yet she just dangles a carrot under my nose I don’t want to live like this anymore’ I have an @11 year old wee dog n two rescue cats. That’s all I live for her I struggyto walk round the block it’s so painful xxxx
