Toilet Running? Try this before calling a Plumber!

This old toilet was running for about 10 seconds every 30 minutes or so. After looking in the tank it was clear that the seal was failing. Since it's an older toilet I decided to replace the entire flush valve which is actually very easy with some simple tools! I hope this video is helpful and saves you a call to the plumber.
