Sanguinary Guard | Why the Blood Angels Lost Their Wings

The Sanguinary Guard are perhaps the coolest looking space marines in Warhammer 40K. But the new models Games Workshop released are absolutely wretched, and being rejected by the community. Hope might be on the way though, and the clues are in the lore.
With Games Workshop doing everything it can to tie the lore and the tabletop game of Warhammer 40K closer together, it is pretty obvious where they are going with the Blood Angels. So there is a strong possibility we won't be stuck with such horrible models as the current Sanguinary Guard...who, opposite of their depiction in the art and the lore, are pretty much an offense on the eyes.
With their iconic wings gone, there had better be a good reason why. And this video explains, what I feel, is as close as it gets. It is a bit of a conspiracy theory, but all the clues are there. And since they have revealed the Pale Spear of Alpharius on the Warhammer Community page recently, it seems I am on the right path.
So, sit back and enjoy this quick hot take/conspiracy theory on the Sanguinary Guard. It is a departure from my usual content, so let me know what you think. This is not lore, or examining old vs. new lore, like most of my videos. This one is more on the line of my own personal opinion, and trying to back it up with clues in the book Penitent, which in my opinion my just be the most important book in the Warhamer 40K setting, rivaling even the Siege of Terra books of the Horus Heresy era in scope and magnitude.
