Honestly a really great line up! I play Middle Earth, Legion, Armada, Infinity and getting into 40K/kill team thanks to my little brothers whose friends got him into it. Hope to get into old world some day as Total Warhammer II is my favorite game of all time.
Glad to see Legion is still up there for you 🎉 You have me intrigued about Moonstone. I would love to see a thematic game appear in 2025 with characters we already know and love and can get behind and champion 💪
Yeah Legion love doesn’t just disappear. I’ve recently started thinking about that Special Op game mode btw. I’m just afraid it’s gonna mess with my head while playing the full version of legion 😝
My Top 10 1: Marvel Crisis Protocol ( The game I play 90% of the time MCP has become my most favorite game of all time and the one I most talk about to anyone, I have gotten many people from family to friends to people at my local shop that I support heavy in to play MCP. MCP is by far AMG's only hit tho they try to repeat what make MCP so awesome with Star Wars Shatterpoint, Though Shatterpoint an MCP share some aspects MCP will alway win over Star Wars Shatterpoint due to the fact that MCP team construction has wayyyyy more freedom then Shatterpoint will ever have and is a hell of alot more fun to play> 2: Conquest ( I've yet to hit this on the table but overall of rank an file fantasy games Conquest is one i very much enjoy the range that Para Bellum has released so far. 3: Infinity (A very good small scale game that feels more like a first person shooter at times, I haven't played much of Infinity but I highly recommend it) 4: Black Powder (If you want to do huge army battles like Napoleonic War to American Civil War can't go wrong with Black Powder) 5: Bolt Action (If your into WW2 history Bolt Action is a good way to start, the game scales very nicely from squad size to large army) 6: 40K (10th ed is coming to the end of its 3 year cycle, so if you want to get into 40K now would be the time to start buying mini's and then hold of until 11th ed is released) 7: AoS (4th ed is shaping up to not be too bad but the spearhead mode will go unsupported at some point in 4th editions life) 8: Star Wars Shatterpoint( Now at the moment Shatterpoint is very very linear in force construction it can be fun to play but not often) 9: The Old World ( If you started in the day with WHFB this one is a no brainer) 10: DC Miniatures Game( This game maybe very limited support in the US the game really is good.)
Ahh Bushido. Should have atleast been a honorable mention in the list. Been following that game for quite some tim, does look a bit complicated to me tho.
Star Wars legion is super good! The new edition was overal a great change especially the increase in standard points limit! One of my favorites! Super chill and simply mechanics with a great game flow
Absolutely right. That arcane deck is so much fun. I tend to ‘be honest’ and not bluff throughout the game. Then when I need it most I bluff and people believe me 😝 I’m playing a league throughout next year, so hopefully some battle reports!
Been hearing a lot of good things about Moonstone. If it is as easy to play as you said, might pick up a starter set eventually so play with my board game pals (who are not into wargaming). My focus currently lies on getting my first Spearhead and Kill Team done so I can get into those games. Been hearing a lot of good things with both games!
I’ll continue playing Legions Imperialis, Middle Earth and Song of Ice and Fire. I’m looking to start Saga, and Dropfleet Commander. I just moved and they seem to have a moonstone community. Great looking game.
Well, it seems you are quite the GW games fan. lol All good, we like what we like. Personally, there are only 4 that I plan on spending time with: Infinity, Blkout, Arsenal and 5 Parsecs
Pretty solid list, however its missing two of my current favourites, Bushido by GCT and Carnevale by TTC. Also, Rumbleslam is pretty fun but more of a mini wargame
Thanks for your suggestions. Bushido could definitely have been on the list, I’ve been following the game for some time now. Not sure if it is for me though, heard the system is pretty rules heavy?
@@thewynnest Its a very tactical skirmish indeed but id say it is no worse than KT. In KT you have to juggle with so many different things other than your minis: weapons, racial, tacops, ploys, equipment, terrain, etc. Bushido feels more straightforward in many aspects. Play a demo if you ever get the chance, you won't regret it
Got way too into 40k lol, probably gonna sell an army at some point to consolidate haha. Decided I'm not gonna play kill team though since I play the big version, instead Ima look to Infinity for a skirmish setting. Also setting shatterpoint aside in favor of legion.

My brothers and I have been playing Legion for several years now. It’s better than ever! 😁
Nice! Slowly but steadily getting back into it the last couple of weeks and yeah, the new edition is actually quite better.

Great video, it's a shame about X-Wing, but I find there is still a solid community and games to be played.
Yeah we should just keep playing it 🎉. It’s a great game.
@@thewynnest Agreed. Keep up the great work, your videos are very well done!
@kienanwilson6484 yea, x-wing is very kid friendly sorry to see it go under
my top 3 games:

Great video! I'm glad to see Moonstone blowing up worldwide.
Thank you! I REALLY hope that is does. Its such a good system.
@thewynnest it's the most innovative miniatures wargame system I know of; every action feels so interactive with the other players.

Good content as always wyn

Hey my man, yeah Moonstone is great for those occasions. Maybe 2025 will have me starting a Spearhead as well, maybe, probably 😶🌫️.. See you around 🤘
