    Very inspiring story, but before everyone jumps out the window, use your discernment. She invested in Tesla in late 2019 and had 125,000 people in classes a year later. She was selling classes before she made the 2 million. The money is from the classes, and she invested it. She didn't make strictly from investing 5k and then 5 more.

      Putting your money into the stock market to work for you is not a bad idea. But I would only use low cost index funds. They track the broader stock market and if you reinvest the dividends you are pretty much guaranteed to beat the market every year (whether it goes up or down). Over time the law of compound returns makes this the best way to invest. It also gives you instant diversification and shields you from many of the risks involved in stock picking. HOWEVER, one should never put money in the stock market you might need in the near to intermediate future. That kind of money should be in cash or high quality bonds.

    I wish the interview was more in depth in how she parlayed $5K into $2M in a short span of time. For example, what specific strategies did she employ with TSLA & other stocks to grow her multi-million $ account? Was she primarily a long-term investor and/or was she a swing or day trader too? Did she trade options on stocks or just stocks? HOw does one reach her to learn more about her stock investing courses? Sooo many un-answered questions.

I'm talking 6 - 12 months savings. Your emergency savings is your 1st investment. Your 2nd investment should be a house and your approach should be to pay it off asap. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million.

I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

I’m not talking about low class unmotivated people I’m talking about people whose talents are on par or above theirs. For example, many men don’t want to see a beautiful woman get real money with their minds. It’s just too much power for some to accept. Or even see a younger more charismatic and likable man come up. I applaud those who aren’t threatened who are actual queen and king makers. But to be real, I’ve only seen those people on TV and I’ve worked around some very successful, popular, powerful people.

    With my very first job out of college, the first thing I did with my money was to buy health insurance for my mom and then my dad after fighting insurance company for a year because they rejected him for having smoked. By the way, thank you Obama for making it illegal for insurance companies to discriminate against us for pre-existing conditions like smoking. I’m not a modern black girl, but an old Asian woman and I really enjoyed this video. Thank you very much. I will share with my daughters.

    You have no idea how I wish I had her knowledge at 19, I had 10k but didn’t know what to do with it and had no guidance. I brought my parents a house (just with the down payment) and they really didn’t know what they were doing, and did not want to include me in financial planning. Now I have to start from scratch and it’s really hard. But I know I can do it!

    I bought some of her classes back in 2020, they were terrible. Lack of structure and education, hopefully they are better now. Otherwise I would lump her in with all of the other course scammers.

    • @fvr12345
      @fvr12345 17 днів тому +1

      She's a scammer. Read JL Collins book, "The Simple Path to Wealth". It's not some get rich quick promise. It's about investing in an index fund, holding it forever, then at retirement pulling out 4% annually. That's it. Boring, low risk, and low fees. Anything other than this is either gambling with your money or you're being taken advantage of by a financial advisor (aka salesman).

    Sometimes women get that treatment because they know you’re capable and they feel threatened and a lot of times they don’t want you to be better than them. So they condescend to discourage you not knowing it was only going to bring you further into your gifts and wisdom. The passion speaks loudly and I’m grateful to hear your story.

    Nope! This entire interview is fiction. I have 100 questions, and the first is , "Why are you lying?"Similar to the other comments, no real interest in finance, not a trader, no leverage, too short of a time period. I can go on. This is an insult to those of us who really trade for a living.

      Some people become lucky, dear. Just like the lottery. Likely, you will never, ever win if you play but one person who only played once (or based on how the system was set up) as opposed to gambling all the time probably will. By the way, I don't believe in the lottery. It is a scam that takes advantage of fools who never learn.

    I love the inspirational story where when someone tries to be little you and it makes you even hungrier. And it makes you fight above all and overcome whatever they try to say that you're not or you can't do. But I always remember and remind myself that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. It just gives me the hunger. And I love this story and the inspiration that you have given me through this podcast. Is a blessing God bless you!🔥📖🙏🏿💪🏿❤️
