    He missed a very crucial thing she said. She didn't say make your employees feel appreciated, she said give them a piece of ownership. Make them feel like owners - by having stakes in decisions, stakes in making profits, and shares of the profits.
    I love how she doesn't see herself as being a benevolent boss who provides jobs, She sees this is a means for everyone to share in the come up. Her humility is awesome... AND profitable.

      @@moneymanifestation9505I don’t know who’s making 10 million in sales off of a hobby? Sure it’s no amazon but it’s definitely a successful small business. She literally made 60 cupcakes with $5 at the start, her margins are probably pretty good if she’s able to continue expanding.

    The listening to your customers to grow is so true!
    My husband started our equipment rental business with $10 in the bank. When he followed God’s calling to quit his job and start we didn’t know how. Within a week we were gifted money and had a few small equipment loans, loans and credit cards had been completely rejecting us until that week.
    So, he started with a few items we already owned and a loan for a small piece. He then would write down every request that came in and when he saw a pattern for the same equipment would pray for a sign on if he should buy it, cash if he had it or a loan if large like for the boom lift. If God gave the sign he went for it and almost every piece has already paid for itself plus in less than 2 years.
    So, remember you are helping your community and to put their needs first for a business to flourish.

      It’s going great. August is slow due to the heat here in Texas but we have been really blessed. Construction on our new location just began. A local developer offered to build us a customized location at twice the size and a full 4 acres for only $300 more a month than what we pay in rent now. We also get the option to buy after 10 years.
      God and our county have been so good to us. We are almost personal and business credit card debt free, almost all the small equipment is paid off, we are able to buy our own food and tithe regularly (we were using a food bank before the business started), and we will be buying a home, moving out of our RV, this coming year. We also had a baby this past year (actually in the company truck, LOL) so so much has grown and improved.

      @kristadavis2825 Рік тому +6

      Oh, the new location is such a blessing outside of the cost. Due to the August heat, we learned that not all of the equipment will fit into our current building. So, what doesn’t fit has to be parked at our home overnight. Everything will easily fit in the new building and once we save the money we will fence in the entire property so large equipment can be stored outside.

    I was at the same point once, having almost nothing. But then I tried some dropshipping and got into it just like a side hustle. To be fair, it went better than I thought. I left my regular job after half a year because I was already earning at least 15000$ per month from dropshipping :) Remember that consistency, strong will and hard work (with a little bit of winnerzila of course) always pay off at the end.

      You go, Crystal! Keep believing. God has a plan and a purpose for your life that is uniquely yours. Even on the hardest days when you don't know what that is or what that looks like, just remember that there are "good works" that God has ordained for YOU to do "before the foundation of the world". Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, give you wisdom and discernment, and give you the power to accomplish God's will for that day.
      I love the saying, "Do small things with great love" because it's often the things we think of as small and insignificant that have the most profound and lasting impact.
      May God use you, Crystal, to do powerful and mighty things for HIS glory. 🤗

    My God - So much wisdom from one person. "...Not a fear of failure, a fear of success." I would add that some of us actually have both - an acquired fear of failure (not understanding the difference between 'making' a failure and 'being' a failure); and the subsequent aversion to success because of feeling unworthy of it.
