Love the title typo "Ryzen 99050X"
Wow. 99050X. We just skipped 90 generations? :D
AMD is jumping straight to the 99000 series huh? that's wild
Quantum processing for the masses!
skipping 90 generations 💀
he means 9950X I believe
@@asherh.8593 Let's face it, most of his claims turn out to be wrong

RYZEN 99050X IS HERE ALREADY?!?!
we had this news before. its basically a rebranded repost.
Thank you for the comment. Now I won’t have to watch this video
😂 repost of a repost of a repost!
isnt that the content of this whole channel xD
Yeah i'm going to unfollow and block this channel now. Way too much clickbait and reposts.
I used to like this channel on credible news, now I feel like the rumor mill has become its main content.
Intel's doomed! A month later Nvidia's doomed! A month later AMD's doomed! (repeat ad infinitum)
मित्रा त्याचं दुकान तसच करून चालत आहे. दरवेळेस तो सनसनीखेज दावे करतो.😂
Intel will suffer high losses next gen. AMD's gpu division is failing again and again (whilecpu, server, console, ai are still profitable). Nobody said anything about nvidia being doomed, they earn a lot because of ai
Lol I literally commented on the same thing a few posts above😂 if you look at all his headlines though it's 90% Intel and Nvidia is doomed and 10% AMD.
Nvidia is not doomed as unfortunately AMD is not releasing a 4090/5090 competitior.
I am a ryzen early adopter, I had a 1800, I now I have a 5800x3d, And I am patiently waiting for a 9800x3d.
I am as well. Do you think the 9800X3D will pair well with the 4090 or will I need to get the 5090?
@@Xendindrome The problem with the 4090 is that it's good, but not quite there for 4k gaming/vr. As it's already been out for awhile, the 5090 will be the way to go, with the bigger bus width.
@@_nom_ what are you talking about i have 4090 and it works just fine at 4k/vr yes ill probably still get 5090 but its more of a i just want it not a must have to get good 4k.
Calling the 4090 not good for 4k gaming when it is over twice as powerful as a 3090ti and that already did 4k fine save for 1 or 2 games.
@@_nom_ bro i play 4k on a 3080, man up
with no news of a 16 core version 9950x and only 6 /8 cores i can't help but think they are delaying the 16 core for the 3d final for am5
That makes no sense. They always ship the expensive parts first.
@@bgtubber Not really. R9 3900X came 4 months earlier than the R9 3950X . TR 3990X came 2 months after 3970X
Wait im so confused. Is the next amd cpu series the 8000 or 9000?
Im praying for a next gen version of the 7800x3d. Either they'd fix the issues with communication between multiple ccds, or build a cpu with one ccd still, but just very improved upon(maybe more cores, higher clock speed, more cache, or all of the above)
Something like a 9800X3D will have my name all over it. I've had a 1700x, 2700x, 5800x, and currently a 5900x. I've been wanting to upgrade but I want to be on the next architecture so the 9000 series will be my next upgrade.
Here's things to know about SPEC benchmark. The binary is compiled specifically for each processor with optimizations for that processor on. With AVX-512 and execution width improvements this is a nice boost for those who compile their stuff specifically for the Ryzen9000 series. Anyone who uses ready made binaries should expect a lot lower performance improvement.
The ryzen 7 9700X is what I'm most excited for. I've been considering going for the current gen ryzen 9 when I build a PC, but the extra money makes me think maybe not. However, a 40% improvement would lead to getting that same performance at a far cheaper price.
finally you covered these, but you do really lack behind now, lotta stuff happeney today
Good that i didn't start building any new rig based on AMD recently, i felt that there is something new will be out, i was opted for Ryzen 9 7950X for my astro processing rig, i think this 9000 series will be a big leap or jump in performance though, and if it is also great for gaming over older x3D sensors from AMD then i should just only save for 9000X at once and never look back, not a gaming person here but i won't ignore it.
What year is this, 2124??
0:23 British gamer meld "innit"
i'll upgrade if they release a 9950x3d and it has 3d v cache for all cores.
my Intel Cpu has always been in trouble, clocking at 95 degree celsius
I am running a 13600k. I hit 78 with overclock in cinebench. Intel's biggest issue is overvolting, period. This cpu gives me 4k 120 hz on games 5-6 years old on a 4070 ti. Its all you really need for great gaming experience. Also its 5.5ghz on all 6 pcores, and 4.1 on p cores. AMD will never touch intels speed, which is going to be a significant factor when games adopt the ps5 superspeed from ssd to gpu. I like amd, but there speed is a factor for me, and ram compatibility is a known issue so I stick with intel. Mind you I am a PC nerd so it help to tame the intel beast.
I thought that for laptops the 7 was for CPUs that were launched in 2023. AMD not being consistent when naming stuff is nothing new, but making an effort to create a new, convoluted naming scheme just to ignore it not even a generation later is just… yeah 😅
The codes are in all the numbers. You're only looking at the first number.
When is the next gen out ? Thx
Computex for Zen 5, Q4 for Arrow Lake
AMD NEEDS TO GIVE US MORE CORES on the Ryzen 9000's. The days of an R5 being only 6 cores need to be over.
amd only markets physical cores while intel gives less phyisical cores and focuses on productivity cores which are just glorified ai cores that barely affect gaming
@@1541Gabriel u mean perfromance cores?
the quality of the cores are fantastic though, less cores =/= less performance

99050x 😮😮😮
Until the new Amd cpu's are released it's all hype. Hopefully they live up to it.
AMD did the same thing with the first NAVI GPUs, they were mid range, then "Big navi" was way faster. Hopefully they'll do the same with the 8k and 9k GPUs
Over 9000?!?!?
Did ther 8000s even release or what am I missing
they did, but they were apus and were pretty bad so no one cared
Yeah they were pretty crappy, we want the Halo 40CU one but instead we got a MINI PC level GPU.
me still enjoying my rx 6700xt no upgrade in mind for 4+ years
It's a great 1080p card.
Just got a RX 6600xt myself. I hope I get the same time out of it. It's running on a ryzen 5 5600 so I am hoping it will last a bit longer.
damn 99050X damn they better have 90000% performance boost
yeah, but their numbers are always based off the previous gens BASE models of the cpu, not the x3d.
if anything, I'd say they're going to MAYBE be on par with the x3d chips, maybe sometimes above, or below.
it's impossible to know atm for me, but I believe thats how it'll be.
Remember fam there is always a catch!!
I think cut down 31 means 7900 XT not GRE
i want go from 5950x to 9950x non 3d
A few words about the GPU-launches:
1. Battlemage will be an interesting launch, as the Alchemist series are actually great value for what they are, especially after all the driver optimizations. Really curious to see how well the second generation will do in terms of price/performance.
2. Radeon RX 8000 series could be good value too, if the price is right. If you can get close to the RX 7900XT at 50-60% of the price, it would be a great buy in my opinion. Let's say that they call the card based on the N48 core as the RX 8700XT, which would put it in the $400-450 category. Last generation's good performers at a much lower price.
Same would be true for the N44 based cards. If they can bring the current $300-350 category of performance down to the $200 range, it could end up being a great entry-point for budget-oriented gaming-PC's
Who the hell is amb I had to listen to it twice to make sure I heard it right.
I dunno, if Intel can market a card that beats the 4060 for less than $200, with comparable drivers, I'd consider that a huge win.
funny title typo
It seems really crazy to release low end laptop CPUs without an iGPU?
Who’s buying a quad core with 8MB of cache to add on a discrete GPU in a laptop?
It makes more sense to have a full iGPU, all CUs enabled, than a discrete GPU.
It boggles my mind that no one at AMD can figure that out.
RX 8000 could be interesting for users of a 6700 or 6800 series.
the Power of 7900XT with maybe better raytracing Performance and power consumtion of a 6800 for 500 Bucks? Sounds nice
Uhhhg. Just received my 7800X3D yesterday
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for this
99050x? Prob gonna make the threadripper look like a toy
That for sure?!?! Threadripper is a thorn in AMD's side... so it wants to destroy it at all costs :-)
amd should equip their mid tier video cards with 10-12GB vram as base, just to spite nvidia that does the intel thing /4 cores forever..../
I was planning on going with an intel Arc a770 earlier this year due to budget constraints, after a lot of reviews decided to try my luck with an RX 7600 XT though it was a bit more expensive, bought it and when I received the package, they had sent me an RX 7800 XT. Guess I´m sticking with AMD for a few years now.
lol nice upgrade. I currently have a A770 and it's neat tbh, definitely an upgrade over my RTX 2060
@@its__abraham I see. How often do you get issues with it? I saw a lot on reviews from gamer nexus and othr channels where they did show they have corrected a lot of issues but they are still experiencing some. That kinda threw me off.
luckiest mf ever if this is true
😂😂 congrats
@@its__abraham yep. It is true and yes, this is the first time in my miserable 37 years I ever got lucky.
Skipping straight to 9950X3D for me please (or whatever the equivalent will be).
Zen was intels downfall cuz intel went from being the best and doing whatever they wanted to having someone to compete with and it seems amd is going to dig intel a grave for them
Sure, but there still seems to be a problem with mobo pricing and availability on the AMD side, I keep looking for mATX options for example and they're pretty spare, whereas with an Intel setup I can get what I want and they're often better equipped at a better price. Also I don't think Intel is too dependent on any one market at the moment and they have a stateside foundry coming which could shake things up quite a bit. Glad to see AMD doing well and I hope to be running an X3D variant at some point in the near future.
I'd be most exited for the a R9-9990X3D 48C/96T @6 Ghz All-Core 😁👍

The cycle of "I will wait for the 3D series" continues, as many are likely going to be like "Nah, the 58003D is still working fine" after it releases.
Whating for the ryzen 7 9800x3d
9950 X is on another level *hardly mentions it*
Ill get a 9950X to replace my 7950x3d and a 5090 to replace my 4090. Then for CPU ill likely be sitting at that CPU for 2+ gens. All depending. But for me the 7950x3d gets a bit too hot for my liking and i hope the new motherboards are a bit more stable with DDR5. Im not generally extremely happy with current get boards and DDR5 stability with XMP or what ever the AMD version of that is. Its hit and miss how well it works and how stable it is
replacing a 7950x isnt that very silly what about value and how long it last i always try to use my pc for minimum 5 years before upgrading😆
I am still enjoying my Ryzen 7 5800x
99050X for the WIN!!!
i have a ryzen 5600x im waiting for ryzen 16000
I'll probably keep the 5900x my sugar gifted me until we have a 15900x, else I won't see any improvements, I don't even play newer games anyways
someone please fucking make the gpu market better please holy shit
My Ryzen 7 7700 is goid enough for me.❤
I see AMD strategy now with 8000 series!!!
Meaning I'm going to wait for 9000 series and be getting the same for CPU too
I would blame Intel Patrick that we don't get an AMD 12-core CCX in 2024.
Intel and AMD gpu's are always late to the party when it comes to Nvidia releases. Would be nice if they were going to be "late" they could at least surprise us and show up prepared with products that smack Nvidia down a peg... instead of just making them adjust their overly inflated prices. =/
9950x pre order gang?
Amd better release those mid tier gpu's at budget prices.
There is no way for 40%.
Nvidia: bro AMD lets rise up price by 100msrp over current gen.
AMD: oke bro lets rise up.
this is example how its last generations they talk with etch other and rise up price.
enough shit we need proof
1 what is that naming & 2 my 10850k still works!
Can you imagine if AMD actually released a CPU with plus 40% single thread? Lmao only thing Intel could do is go straight to tsmc to use 3nm but it'd be too little too late. When will Intels Fabs catch up?
A little tired of the sensationalism and overhype.... but, thanks for the news
crazy ryzen 99050x i think its so advanced it only ganna cost youre organs or more
I remember when this was said about the 5950x and with in 1 generation it's already bottlenecking in games
The Navi 48 better be 400$ and the Navi 44 better be 200$.

this comment section must be confusing to anyone seeing this from now on
Are you running out of topics, you covered this shit already there Mr Parrot!
Intel would be smart doing what AMD does... dont even try to compete with Nvidia on the **90 series cards, there's no point, they dont make enough off of them to make them in the first place, just kick their asses in the mid to lower end. Compete at the upper end, just not the very tip top.
99050x? huh
Can't wait for the video with the title: "Ryzen 9000 series Price Is On ANOTHER LEVEL!" and "Ryzen 9000 series Is SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE! (Except on eBay!)"
The n44 sounds perfect, as long as it has 16gb of memory.
Noo they skipped the 69420X 😭
Are they still sticking with 16 cores? 16 feels like the new 4....
Well I mean they don't need more than 16 cores. Intel needs 24 Cores just to keep up with ryzen
You need more you get ThreadRipper. Why throw more cores at consumer PCs?
@@justmatt2655Well I do I just can't afford threadripper. I'll wait for zen 6.
@@profounddamas there's nothing threadripper can do that Ryzen 9 can't do, it just takes longer. People who need threadripper know they need it

if amd doesnt give the 9950x more pcie lanes and slots not to mention quad channel ddr5 or let you bifurcate pcie down to a granularity 1x per device its a waste of time these not a workstation high core count chips are stupid in reality. i hope amd doesn't price it to make it irrelevant like 7000 series at launch also
if AMD could figure out a better ray tracing for 8000's they'll steal lotta ppl from green team
How is Intel doomed because of this CPU? How many people are actually going to buy this?
Amd knows that they cant do shit against the 5090. They cant even beat the 4090 right now. That's is why they are focusing on midrange and low end so they say, but heres the kicker part. They are working on a high end card, but they are gonna wait and see what the 5090 is about before the rabbit comes out of the hat. Last time they jumped the gun and claimed they was gonna win and 4090 smashed that ass into the ground. You know good and well they are not just gonna sit idle when they have came this far. After all the gpu dies are cut down versions of the higher end stuff anyway.
RDNA 3 missed and RDNA 4 has no high end because they have a roadmap to stick on and they weren't able to validate the IP for the high end dies in time. Anyways you will soon see what RDNA 3 should have been from the get go if AMD didn't f ed this bad.
As a 7700x owner, I wont feel good until the dang bios / memory stability feels solid. (Cant use all 4 memory slots and expect EXPO to work, not good!)
The EXPO is meant for 2 memory slots utilized. The memory controller will always struggle with 4 slots no matter if it's intel or AMD
