I don't think anyone can hate on her performance. Not knowing lyrics to a deftones is completely reasonable...chino is the most cryptic lyricist I have ever listened to. This performance wasn't planned beyond " hey wanna do something on stage?" Deftones is my favorite band and I don't know a lot of lyrics to their songs. With deftones I think an emotional broadcast is more important than a lyrical message.

Can't believe how lucky i am today, knowing that it's the only gig with Hailey and Chino doing this, and i was there🤘🏻 The fact that both he and Hailey were so active on stage that day is nuts cause it was like nearly 40 degrees out there😂 Fantastic show, i even missed the first few songs as i just left the main stage to get to their stage, fighting my way through the sweating masses, and arrived just in time for this. Legendary gig, the memories and the feels i get when seeing shows i've been to so many years ago...they're priceless. Thanks to whoever uploaded this. Made my day🤘🏻

She sounded good? I don't even know what band she's from dude, she had something going for a few seconds( Maynard's part - but she couldn't hold that)... Swear she was off key when they tried "drive faster" judging by the sound- this was not good in the least... Chino's excessive screaming didn't help their cause either. As a fan, this was not a good representation of their musicianship or live potential. Cool for fans of both hands perhaps, but "pretty good"? Did you have really low expectations?

I think Chino just didn't expect her to stop singing at that point in the chorus. It's pretty apparent with the look of surprise he has when she does stop singing. :) It's also pretty fucking rad how quickly he takes over.
Maynard, Greg Puciato, and Hayley Willaims have all sang this song with Chino. Any they've ALL sounded great. You don't know music if you think Hayley has a bad voice.
Love the Deftones, and Paramore has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. It's a def a interesting take on the song, and pretty cool they tried it out!
