You can do it with cut potatoes, wash them well, dry and then add little oil and air fry them at maybe 180 or 190 deg for 15-20 minutes depending on the quantity. I shall upload a video of this soon. It gets heated after how much time? If you use continuously for more than 20 minutes, then the outside will get heated. For shorter duration like 5 or 10 minutes, it should not get heated. If it is under warranty, you can take it to the service centre and get it checked if you have a doubt. Thanks.
I have the same model. I tried making banana bread in it at 150 for 30 minutes after preheating for 5 mins. It was a little gummy in between. Could you try it out?
Hi, sorry to learn that your banana bread didn't turn out well. I think there is no need to preheat for such a long time like in an OTG or convection. Though you can make it without any oil in the airfryer, a very little oil gives the crunch and texture and taste of the fried ones. I always use a minimum of a teaspoon of oil (sometimes slightly more) in all my airfryer recipes.
Although the functioning of convection and air fryer are quite similar, there are quite a few differences, which is difficult for me to reply in detail. I will try to make a comparison video soon. Thanks.
Hi Chandrashekhar, that's a good question. French fries are really tasty even when air fried. Most air fried snack items taste good, except a few which is better when deep fried in oil.

Aap beech beech me nikalkar shake karke rake toh honge na. In any case, sorry ki aap ke fries jal gaye. Mein ghar me aloo curry, aloo fries aur bahut saare items Air Frier main experiment ke tor par kar rahi hoon. Har recipe ke sahi method - temperature aur time pata hone par, videos upload karoongi.
