  • This restorative yoga practice invites you to get comfortable and feel supported as you release the stress of your day. You will be guided through three restorative yoga postures to help you let go and deepen into a sense of calm.
    Suggested:
    Yoga bolster (or firm pillow)
    Two yoga blocks (or thick books)
    A blanket or two
    This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
