The Blackridge air sand blast gun kit is a simple siphon feed sand blasting kit offering great value for money. Designed for use on any compressor with a free air flow rate of 90 Litres/min or above, this kit is suitable for most household units, and is very simple to use. Simply fit the gun to a compressor using the provided Nitto style fitting, and then connect the hose and/or pickup pipe to your desired media and blast away. Because this kit can feed straight from a bucket or bag of media, it’s ideal for larger longer jobs where re-filling a hopper or cup would prove impractical. This kit also includes a set of nozzles allowing for variation in spray pattern, and can be safely used with dry media, as well as liquids.

Hi +Eddie J, video is still relevant product has not changed - unfortunately however, this sand blaster will not work with the Safe Soda Blasting Soda, you can however, use the gravity fed gun and it works perfectly!
      Thanks

I know this is old video, but I just bought one of these this week. Having trouble trouble getting it working.
I have bucket of grit from supercheap as well, and my compressor is capable of 115lpm. I've tried pressure from 40psi up to about 90psi, and it does blow grit, but it's not very aggressive, and wont strip paint off an old tank.
I slightly shortened the grit feed hose as one end had some kinks in it from packaging - but made little difference.
Do I need more pressure? Smaller nozzle?
Any one have one of these working?

Hi Jason, It is a trail and error process to get it working 100%. Using a sand blaster is just as hard on the compressor as spray painting. As long as your compressor is consistently running at a high pressure during use, the flow/vacuum should help the sand pick up from the bucket and come out the gun as long as there is no holes in the system. Head into your local store for more information. - Ash
