Yeppirs, excellent work there. An abrasive option for all surfaces would be Baking Soda. Works very well and bounces off of rubber and actually cleans bearing surfaces. To test the amount of soda to add, i would suggest using an old wheel bearing (needle bearing style) with micrometer measurements before and after. Then test a ball bearing style the same way to adjust the water-to-soda ratio. We melted 6 K-Cup microscreen filters together end-to-end and used as inline return water filter to keep debris from going back into the pump. Nice job my friend -- good luck!

I have 2 suggestions. Put a submersible water heater in the basin so you have hot water and add a rust inhibitor to the water, so parts don't rust right away after cleaning.

Nice idea to use a barrel for this project 😀👍. It helps a lot if you use dishes soap or industrial cleaner soap. This will help dissolve the oil residue 👍 I would use a different type of pump... a impeller pump like that is high volume / low pressure and if you reduce the pipes like in the video volume and pressure go down because of the impeller.
Are you just using straight water to blast those parts. Need a filter in your sump pick up.. Not bad. That's a cheap way to make a high pressure washer. What kind of spray nozzle are you using?

If you have a pressure washer you can get an adapter to use with it to use it for sand blasting. Only thing is you have to remember to keep the sand sucking hose above the nozzle so water doesn't leak back n get the sand wet n gumm up.google. pressure water adapter to sand blaster adapter.

Super quick easy method of cutting straight lines in drums, 1 quick drill hole as starting point, then broken hacksaw blade in a reciprocating saw... quick, no sparks, easy You can even cut reasonable curves due to relatively narrow blade depth

In the USA we have large plastic containers called IBC Totes. They are cheap or free. I got one and cut the side open, make an aluminum inner frame, outer frame and door. Bolted it on the front and build a simple stand. Plumbed it out and use my ryobi cheap but good electric pressure washer with a syphin setup for soap to blast things clean. I am going to figure out how to use hot water and also soda blasting to to it.

Watching this brought to mind Albert Einstein's maxi - make it as simple as possible, & no simpler. This was very quick & easy to build -if you know how - & cheap. & effective. What more could you ask for? Try wiping the view-port with dishwashing liquid to avoid misting. Or rub it with a cut potato.
The acrylic sheet will get scratched up real quick. When i built my cabinet. I used acylic but later switched to glass. You need a good strong compressor for this. I started with a Wolfe compressor rated at 14cfm with 100 litre tank. No way could it give out 14cfm. More like 9cfm @ a constant 60psi. This was nowhere near enough for a vapor blaster. Ideally you need at least 15cfm at constant 100psi for good results. For best results the part needs to be sand blasted first. It can be done with a smaller compressor but it takes ages to clean parts, cos you are always waiting for the compressor to build up enough pressure.

Use a dirty water pump because it wont be damaged by the blasting media in the water. The compressed air is what gives it the power but might need more air flow?
Everything u cut you cover everything with grinding debree. Bad for everything. Could short out your welder. Looks like a RealGear140 multi purpose mig.
Definitely a cool idea, to build and film it, but... My God did you let some parts go for WAY. TOO. LONG..... Please, for any other videos in the future, Edit some up the more tedious and boring parts out. I don't need to watch you use the grinder for 10 minutes doing the same cut maybe, 10 15 seconds and then move on to something else I fast forwarded a lot of your video because of that. I'm interested I want to see but you need to edit that stuff out If you want to keep people coming back to your channel that is. Take care hopefully you took this as constructive criticism. 👍
