Seeing you struggle through out the work out is actually such a good motivator, it's not just me being over weight and unfit!
i love these type of workouts where you don't repeat exercises , AWESOME!
So refreshing to see a workout that not only is very effective but to see you who as a trainer are incredibly fit and with tons of stamina find it tough, made me who is an overweight beginner not feel so bad when I stop and moan and grunt. Usually when I see other trainers on you tube share their workouts their makeup is intact, hair not out of place not a drop of sweat and they smile and talk without a loss of breath as if they where doing needle point instead of a killer workout, which for me makes me feel very inadequate and feel like I must be a complete mess to be sweating and swearing the whole time. So thank you for keeping it real and for restoring my faith in my self that I am only human and I can only do the best I can do, and it's ok to stop and do just what you can. Thank you for encouraging me not to quit ❤ yes I did this and I am still laying on the floor 20 mins later 😂😥🤘

I do this every day and it never gets easier . Been doing this for a year now aswell as combining another hiit and weights and it’s the best shape I’ve ever been in
Top work out really into hiit it's helped me drop 42lbs since march top man keep up the good work p.s good to see somebody in your shape also find it tough going

- stretch n crunch abs

Beautiful little 15 minute HIIT, Joe! :) Technically today is my rest day (my first in too many weeks if I'm honest..!) but just needed a few little somethings after am hour's bikeride to stoke me up; Proud to say I did the whole thing (even the knee thrusters, which are normally my weakness). Any idea on a rough sort of calorie burn doing this?
