Joe I like that you talk through your workouts. There is one work-out in particular where you're doing lunges and you say, "with control, everything is under control" and I honestly needed to here that. Because of that, any time I start to feel out of control or like I need that mind/body connection, I jump on your channel and pick that one in particular.
I appreciate that there isn't music playing either. I noticed a couple months back that music was distracting me and it wasn't allowing me to be fully engaged like I wanted to be. With you talking and explaining what's next, it allows me to be mindful and present.
Your channel has been a blessing in my life.
