- This weekend my DVD went to number 1 on Amazon and I woke up absolutely buzzin'! So I came in to do a workout and thought I'd set this challenge. It's a tough one, so give it a go and let me know how you get on.

Really like the format of 25 different exercises - you don't dread what's coming because you don't know! Also like having the abs section at the end. More like this Joe please!
I love the fact that he admits its painful, is out of breath, and finds it hard. It makes you feel better. especially when starting a workout video. Brilliant Joe

And I'm back... again! Paired with a five minute cardio finisher when I'd got my breath back, and a nice (not nice?) arm workout, I feel great now. I'm really enjoying building my fitness back up, and I couldn't do it without you Joe! Thank you. I'm gonna have a great evening now.

This is my first advance hit that I've managed to stick at and I have been working my way up for a while now, been working with you 6 days out of 7 plus with yoga 🧘♂️ and your workouts are the only exercises I seem to get along with and enjoy while still get a hardcore work out I feel great! I have had pains in my knees for a while now and since doing your workouts most days they have improved so much more, on my rest day I feel like I missing a part of me now lol I hope to keep this up thank you so much for the vids and helping me get motivated!

Found some proper gems this week!! This being one of them. Mainly been using the sessions from the last 12 months but well worth going through the back catalogue. Loads of variants in this session. Got my heart rate right up. Loved it 💪
3 months ago there was no way i would have been able to finish it. but now after being a 90daySSS graduate and being on the SAS plan my fitness levels have massively improved and i have to say that i absolutely LOVED it :) thanks Joe! make some more workouts like this one. BIG THUMBS UP!

That was really hard and intense, and my legs arent working very well anymore. From Daniel 8 year old and Harrison 12 year old. Thanks we feel great now.

The first time I did this workout I had to stop the video 5 times but after just 10 days of doing it I can now do the whole thing without stopping, I’m absolutely sweating afterwards and I love it. Thank you Joe, I have tried lots of trainers but I love it that it’s not just repeat, repeat, repeat!!

This one was tough, I’m so sweaty now! I had to swap the 2 squat jump ones out for standard squats or I think I wouldn’t have made it to the end. Great workout, thanks Joe x
I love this workout and im not entirely sure if its sad i know what moves next before it even happens. Safe to say i know most of his workouts off by heart, HIIT fanatic . In all honesty he makes them fun as appose to a lot of trainers and im a PT , awesome guy awesome workouts :))

Would be good to have a list of exercises so I know what is coming next or even a demonstration video of the next exercise in the top corner during the break maybe?
I'll confess this is the first Joe Wicks workout in a while that's really kicked my a** - I think because it's so burpee and so leg-intense (my legs are always my weak spot!) but I still did it right through. Liked the abs workout at the end best I feel I got the most out from that.
That was brutal!!
