    For women with average-size hands, the "two finger" 25mm is easily a three finger hold FYI. Thanks for all the warmup and training ideas!

    Would be cool to have a database of people's records if they're using the T-block for deadlifts.

    Love my blocks. Is there any reason folks would also get a flash board? Seems like an either/or to me, but I'm not a grip pro.

      It's handy for warming up outdoors, where there's not a lot of places to hang two blocks evenly. Especially for sport climbing; you can sling it to the first draw, or a tree, or something.

      Great question! The flash board is better geared towards and all-in-one portable hangboard. The Block is better geared for finger isolation training and rehab.

    where can i buy a replacement rope? /what diameter / length is the rope? i lost mine :(
