Order book full and phone constantly ringing for a company that is only 7 weeks old is a brilliant result. There are only 2 off you at the moment, so slow and steady does it. That's the problem with new companies they try and go to big to fast but luckily you have experience(good and bad) and know exactly how to build your company. I really like the old school feel to your office, that way there is no bells and whistles to distract from the job. Best of luck on your future endeavours 👍

I'm glad you appreciate loyalty and hard work I worked for a couple of men 53 years ago doing 60-70 hours a week but sadly they didn't appreciate loyalty and hard work they would happily stop you half an hours pay , even if in the week you had worked over the time you got payed. They gave you a set of fabrication drawing and were told to just get on with it doing your own cutting drilling and pressbrake work and welding even paint spraying the final job.

I think the slabs of clay are called "cake" and the plant is also extracting the water to recycle in the overall process.

How about van reviews of both at some point?
Filter Press. Removes the fine particles (that are detrimental to concrete mixes) from the wash water in cake form and allows the water to be recycled.

Do the wash ramps have to be CE certified , what was the max load and axle loadings on the miller ramp after you had them load tested , just interested to know

Amazing how your company is growing in so little time! Love the new van for Cal, well deserved!! Love the old drawing table, I started also with the bigger standing drawing tables, but soon after already went on with CAD (AutoCAD and also now Autodesk Inventor) and loving it! Cracking mid week with the boys and the director!! That’s some outfit crown have.. not too far away from where I live.. looking forward to seeing the wash ramp come together.. absolutely loving cal’s new bus. About that red door cabinet by Millers wash ramp, would it solve the problem to build a little platform for it to sit on? Just high enough to let the door swing open.

Well deserved if you ask me and that's how it should be with the company if you dedicate your time and name to it. Well done Cal the nice kit and van makes it even more rewarding taking care of it - so again.. in the long run it's just better innit. That wash ramp was a good one chaps.. Love some big box section (was thinking would there me any reason not to make the feet stainless to save any corrosion or not?) Anyhoo.. well done and nice one👌🏻

The clay is from the water the thing is a filter that removes the clay the reason the paddles are spinning the water is to keep the particles suspended. So when it’s pumped through the filter it’s able to trap the clay

Good things happen to good people and that says it all for you Baz along with Cal and the Director who works endlessly in the background .
Baz, the clay press is a filter press and is used for cleaning the mud out of the water. Each panel is a fine screen, it closes and a high pressure pump pushes the mud into it. Then the ram pretty much squeezes the water out so it can be reused. The clay is a waste product usually.
I’m sure someone can explain it a lot better.
Everything seems to be coming together nicely, Cal will be buzzing with his new van. What a set up he’s got. 🧑🏭
I love your work. It’s educational. On the wash ramp what about a section of nylon mesh the full width. It would also help people not fall off.
I bought a new van the same colour as bella blue in 05 people loved that colour. Makes a huge difference compared to just plane white.

nice job on the wash ramp as with all quality work it brings more work be nice to see the build of the next one much larger plus all the side jobs good to see CAL get a proper set up van
if someone does come work for you and there good enough they will have a bright future with you as you seem to be off on the right foot here
