Another great video, think it's great how Yiu work with so many other businesses and give them not only a shout out but time to say who they are and what they do so a chance to get word of their business out there, great work everyone
Yet another great episode. The amount of work you're doing is impressive. Cal is a type of man who builds wealth of nations. Hard-working, diligent, quiet. A real treasure in every company.
Drop the spare wheel on the hilux and check the beam that holds the fuel tank, id be fairly certain it will have rotted out where the muck sits on top of the tank. Easy job for yourself, done mine. Definitely keep it!
Baz, another great chapter. I enjoyed the change in lapse time music. I'm glad to see the different vendors and what they do. Always looking forward to more videos. The Directors pick up looks smart and clean. Keep up the great work. Cheers.
Fantastic video Baz just catching up on videos now my daughter home from Australia to get married hard time trying to sort everything I'm the only parent as her mom died so it's a tough time your videos give people a lift yere absolutely brillant people
Watching the dozer repair.well how do you all know how to put that monster back together, it's mind blowing, I'm sure Daniel will be pleased when the transmission is sorted out. It's such a diverse cutting edge work load, you guys are just extraordinary. X
Had 2 Lithuanian guys working for me yonks back - whenever they hit a stuck pin, they'd grab an 8 foot length of solid bar, slightly smaller than the stuck pin, tack weld on a piece of tube about 18" long to the outer bush, over the end of the pin, to act as a guide, slide in the long solid bar & hit that with a sledge. That method shifted even 6 foot long hammer-shredder pins that hold the hammer arrays in - you can stick a 50 ton hydraulic ram onto those & they won't budge at all - the 8 foot solid bar & hammer trick shifted even those. Anyone who has ever had to shift hammer-shredder pins knows just how stuck in place those puppies get (and there's several of them in a hammer shredder rotor) - shifting those educated me that there weren't too many stuck pins on earth that could resist moving using that method with the bar. On a hammer shredder (big ones) the pin goes through maybe 10 or 12 bushings, which all seize onto the shaft, impossible to heat, impossible to cut & usually impossible to shift using hydraulic pressure. The massive shock loading of the 8 foot bar slamming into it - bingo, they come out. Works on every pin.
The uprights on them barrier frames will fill with water with there being no hole at the bottom of the little piece of box section between the uprights instead of on top of them.
Name that tune 07:40 dubai expo .. 16:20 .... last of the summer wine .. All aside mate keep it going you have done so well your name and reputation got you where you are well done lads
As allways great video and excellent content and the exothermic cutting rods i've only seen them used maybe four time in my live time by a friend who worked on industrial machines and heavy trucks sadly not with us any more, and things are getting there Baz .
Nice vid baz....that thermal lance, You can use another make "broco" under water..... Use to use it diving industry.....we only use 300mm rods.... But what a bit of kit.....in the right hands. I went up against the American rep of broco, to see who could do longest neatest cut..... blindfolded......I won. Only reason blindfolded was in UK waters.....you can't see nothing coz of mud. Well keep the vids coming chap.
Fab content cal should be a DJ at silent disco he’s so quiet What a machine cutting out that pin from the neals sanbogen great video good job 👍 as usual all the luck in the future
Was wondering if you’ve ever used a Thermal Lance Baz? Reason I ask is an Engineer in the Army we were tasked with removing a Sanger in a Barracks in South Armagh. It was 3/4 “ plate with a 4/5 “ Cavity (filled with concrete ) and another 3/4 “ plate inside which weighed around 40 Tons (estimated ) so had to be chopped up with a Thermal Lance due to the weight it had to be removed in chunks. Probably one of the most aggressive processes I’ve witnessed tbh. The heat was incredible btw.
Great video guys Great work and content guys What great bit of kit that is Baz that you used to burn the centre of that pin out. See you on the next one guys.
yet another great video there . shame about the transmision . lots of upcoming work for you lot keeping the work flowing .also having time to help others out by dropping by and helping get the stuck pin out . great to see you still have the time for those jobs . it's also good advertising as when you do those jobs others know if there stuck for a quick job your there Cheers .
Main thing with the pit floor Baz is whoever does the concreting needs to poker the hell out of the first pour. If there’s air pockets it prob needed more pokering. (Not your part of the job I know,)
Baz I love the channel. I’ve watched since the beginning! I did want to ask about the 8 barrier frames. The upright will hold water and freeze. Shouldn’t it be capped off?
hiya baz.love watching your videos. When cal was welding the bucket in your shop what was the orchestrial background music ?.you have used it a few times.thanks

Thon lance is the doggies bollox, right tools for job & no fkn about 😂
Eh Baz you know how the saying goes " it's always the quiet ones you gotta watch out for " Cal maybe a man of few word's but he's definitely a man of many talents 😅😅
If the chassis and Sills are still solid on the hilux run it a few more years if it’s starting to get shitty and soft in places may be time to move it on
I applaud that but you are running a business, if there is a problem you are responsible but don’t have control, not a good situation, this isn’t a criticism but an observation, all the best 👍
Another great video, think it's great how Yiu work with so many other businesses and give them not only a shout out but time to say who they are and what they do so a chance to get word of their business out there, great work everyone
I use this platform to help as many people as possible mate 🫶
I’ve heard young Cal speak more in this episode than I’ve heard in the last 12 months!
How that Arcair went through that pin was unreal - like hot knife through butter!!!
Yet another great episode. The amount of work you're doing is impressive.

What a fantastic bit of kit!! When you cut through the pin

Eh Baz you know how the saying goes " it's always the quiet ones you gotta watch out for " Cal maybe a man of few word's but he's definitely a man of many talents 😅😅
He’s a good kid. Still a lot to learn as we all live and learn everyday
That’s bad news on the Ashville project nightmare.
Dan made the decision to get it fixed so it better be fixed right 1st time. As Baz said it could only be tested in the machine.
Honest working men ;) warms my heart. Better than all the moaning b**locks you get on TV . Well done Baz, Cal and not forgetting the director. 👍
Lets have ittttttttttttttttttttttttttt
'ey up Baz 👍👍👍
I bet Juice has a few stories 😂
Love your work Baz but you need a few pointers on how to strap stuff down on your trailer 😂
Did the load move?! NO!

Would barrier pipes not be better on a slive so easier to take barriers off
They are easy to get off as they are.
