Impossible to stay if they force you to stay because they want to gaslight me for their actions!!!!! The narc spies on my phone and uses all my info to destroy me. I basically went silent on this narc and abandon him, now smear campaigns and slander.

I was blinded sided in a park by others on his behalf as a punishment for people going against him for smearing me. I was really doing well. For the first time in years, I was feeling what is felt like to be giallo free.

This is great advice, especially as tensions are getting a lot worse in our country (and around the world). There ar a lot of narcissists who feel emboldened to impose their will onto others. I had to deal with that a lot more than I care to admit, but I did follow your advice even before watching your video, and it works like a charm!

Have pity on them and don’t fall into there trap
Always pray for them even though my narcissistic wife poisoned my dad and denied it. So many signs proves it but nothing that can be used in a court of law. But I pray for her and forgive but want to close the door without getting hurt myself anymore and that’s what’s scary especially after what she did. She’s a covert narcissistic psychopath is what I’ve learned deceived her type. The world thinks she’s an angel as I did when I met her and fell in love feeling she was an earth angel. I fell hard and fast. There were signs I foolishly ignor that o should have listened too better. I kick myself.
I met her as a healer when she was on her deathbed just before Covid began and then when I raised her for the dead at her mothers home where she was taken care of for almost four years and right after she came alive and was able to help her so and go out by hero and feed herself band get dressed again then Covid hit and she was finally able to go to the city court house to fight for the four years of disability that was denied because she was in not condition to fight for it until I brought her back to life and so her mother and her went to court and had to stay in a motel for two days to be there and go to court and she won her case and for $45,000 in back pay and then about two weeks later as I was packing my truck to go from Jersey to her moms home in Nebraska to go get married she got Covid from the city visit and I was on the phone with her exactly the very most it hit her and I had already mailed to her a packet with things to cure her of her death state and what cures the co-v instantly and I directed her how to take it and instantly she was saved and could breath again completely normal as of nothing all happened, her mother witness this miracle I do as I save other daughters life twice now in a row and then a few days later her mother was in the kitchen who is elderly and with diabetes and so is at higher risk of death than her and so when it hit her wile she was cooking lunch at the stove she was grasping for air struggling to breath and she point at Jana and said go get what stuff that you inhaled and so she ran to her room and fetched it and took it and did it and instant she was saved just the same. So I saved three lives yet she losing my dad without any care at all and to a man that saved her life twice and her mothers once in less than a month and a half or so. We are nothing but disposable paper cups to these people. I do understand through much studying to try to understand narcissists to save myself and that they when young usually were traumatized in some way to develop this condition. I sort of don’t blame them but I can’t live with them either and shouldn’t have too. No one deserves their ways of treatment. It’s disgusting and so disrespectful to all life.
I seem to calm for them because my mom is highly controlling and a narcissist but she is not an evil one like this one. So seems it’s why I end up with narcissistic women each time except for my very first girlfriend who I wish I never lost after she went to college half way across the country.
I’m on egg shells with tryptophan find a safe way out.
When you have a mothering type it’s way worse. Because of fear what why can do and you know it.
It just plain sucks.

She's been feeding me little brown lumps my step mother cooks I seen them cooking them at 8 yrs old and giving them to my supposed best friend these pill like things seen to get you to do anything they want. My step mother is a ex chemist assistant. I seen her cooking them and I recognise them when I was a kid
Gray rock resulted into physical violence.
Why spend your vital energy on dealing with these people, I try to avoid them
